I was a member for seven years from 2016 to 2023 and witnessed the entire decline. What started as a high quality, flexible care model turned into the same bureaucracy and a lack of patient care seen too often in our society. While I had some good doctors at OneMedical, I also had doctors who did not read my charts, reps who did not return calls, contradictory information given from different parts of the organization, and worst of all, unethical billing practices at both the macro (see their class-action lawsuit) and micro levels. Good riddance to you, OneMedical.

Incredibly annoyed by the fact that there’s no female provider in the Pearl and Downtown Portland locations (I’m trying to schedule a pap smear and prefer female providers). Hire more women!!

We found One Medical by chance, and so far, we are pleased with our experience and health services. They have offices all over and are growing, and this location is within walking distance from us. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the current Doctor is thoughtful and experienced, and the place is inviting, relaxing, and clean. Finally, while not perfect, what they are doing with their mobile and web apps is revolutionary and desperately needed to connect patients to care and billing services.

This organization is totally unorganized. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for 3 weeks and no one calls you back. My insurance says one of their offices is in network but the other office is not yet One Medical claims they all are the same. I wouldn't trust them if this is how they treat patients before you've even paid the $200 to be a "member".
