They used to be amazing. Now, you're lucky if you don't encounter a line leading right up to the entrance. They are very courteous and check insurance options thoroughly, but closing early and now on weekends (plus the ridiculous long wait times in line) sending me looking for a new pharmacy. Too bad. They used to be so helpful.

My doctor is great.... but... their billing and management apparently are not quite all there. Got the hpv vax, asked how much it was going to be without insurance, they said they didn't know. Gave me one of the 3 shots for the vax, said if you don't have insurance you should only get one. (Okayy???) I did some research, sounds like you do have a good immune response from 1, so I'm ok with this recommendation. Got the bill, over $1200 for the 1/3rd of the vaccine. (not really OHSU's fault) Set up a payment plan, talked to billing, they said if you are low income you can apply for financial assistance with your payments. I applied for financial assistance over the phone, was approved. The rep who approved me said YOU MAY HAVE TO CALL TO GET THIS ASSISTANCE APPLIED TO EXISTING BILLS. Here's where the fun starts. *#$&%^ Called and said, hey I have a payment plan, can you apply my financial award to my existing bills/payment plan. The rep said "sure"! Great. Continued getting bills and angry letters demanding payment. Called again, "hey I have this award letter for financial assistance, but I'm still getting bills and demands for payment. Can you apply my assistance to my bills?" "Sure!" representative said. Two months later, still getting bills and past due notices. Wrote a letter to the billing office. "I was told I could apply my financial assistance to my existing bills, but it hasn't happened, can you please look into it?" Two months later I'm still getting bills, still getting demands for payment, and no response whatsoever from the billing department. There is a deep deep dysfunction at OHSU on the billing and/or management level. I really like my doctor but can understand the poor reviews this institution receives. edit: and now they sent me a letter saying they are going to send me the collections if I don't contact them, WHEN I HAVE CONTACTED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES including a handwritten letter that they completely ignored and did not respond to.

Pharmacy staff needs to be trained on phone edicate and show more empathy for their sick client's. In recent experience, pharmacy staff answering phones have been cold, condescending, snarky and show an unwillingness to offer assistance.

This place has been awesome for me. I can attend my doctor's appointment and get my prescriptions filled on the way out the door. The staff are all very professional and polite and have gone out of their way to help me solve issues that other doctors failed in the past. 5 stars and a big thanks...

I have been so thankful to the Richmond Clinic and every one of the people I have interacted with! My own clinic (The Portland Clinic) sends anyone who has Covid symptoms (even with a negative PCR test) or that might need lab work in the next 10 days or longer to their Urgent Care Clinic in Tigard! No appointment, you go and wait. I was able to schedule an actual appointment with the Richmond Clinic, twice. The Nurse Practitioner followed up with a phone call to discuss lab results and a written response was provided for all lab results. I feel like I received excellent care and they care about patients, even though they don't have any established relationships. Thank you!!

If you want to die young of unknown causes, this is definitely the place for you! I switched to a few different doctors and one kind of listened to me enough to refer me to an ear nose and throat specialist and that specialist thought it was borderline malpractice that no one ever gave me an mri for my issue and immediately got me in for one. The ENT was all like"I have no idea why they sent you to me because this is obviously not an ear, nose or throat issue".. What a joke! These people don't care if you live or die so long as they can shove some pills in your face and get you to shut up... disclaimer.. If you don't shut up after all of the pill pushing they do, they'll literally tell you that your issue is "all in your head". I Was with these quacks for 4 years and got several different diagnoses with no tests or referrals (besides the one) or procedures done to figure out what was even going on in the first place. Stay away from this place, they're dangerous!

I got the run around just trying to get a refill of pain meds for my husband who has squamous cancer in his throat the person, lady that answered the phone could not find his medical record by his name or date of birth, which he has been a patient for around 19 years I explained that he is in the system and asked her to transfer me to someone who could look him up, because she couldn't find him instead of her doing her job and asking for help she decided to hang up on me I had to call back and ask to speak to a supervisor and got transferred to her line I left a message if the receptionist can not find a patient she should ask for help, some people are going through and dealing with life situations that are enough to handle we should not have to deal with receptionist that do not know how to deal or know there jobs always ask for help don't just hang up on people this does not solve the patients concerns rude receptionist learn how to do your job or get a new job that you are capable of doing I wouldn't even give her a single star but had to just to post this you need to train your employees better or hire some that know how to do the job that they are hired for the problem is not solved by hanging up ask for help from a fellow employee and don't forget compassion goes a long way patients need better
