You have to enter this bank from the back, and you have to pull out you card and show it to the camera before they let you in(understandibly, it was because they've been robbed twice in like the last year or so). The lady at the counter was nice. Kinda depressing how Portland is going to Hell really !!!

I don’t know what has changed in the last two years but they no longer care about their customers. When I closed my account there they told me all charges were complete and that I wouldn’t be able to close it without doing so. I told them the amount was incorrect due to the previous charges. They were adamant about the amount and the manger also confirmed the amount giving me more money than what was actually there. Three weeks later, they pulled 161$ from my family members account without permission or notifying the person from their account because there was money owed on my account even though again they were adamant about the amount they gave me and that i didn’t owe anything. They never contacted the person that they did that, only sent a letter 3 week later after they already did that. What happened to just being courteous. Extremely unprofessional and the manger will still not call me back after three days.

My family and I have banked here for decades. At one time, not too long ago, I would have never considered moving my money elsewhere. All of that has changed in the last few years. From rude customer service representatives to incompetent loan officers, you name it they ALWAYS drop the ball. I've had poor customer service going in person and through the phone. Currently they have screwed up my account and money paid to me by a friend has been routed to my daughter. They refuse to help us with any kind of competency and after two phone calls and the run around my daughter and I will be closing our accounts and moving it to a bank that knows what they're doing. Listen to the negative reviews. They aren't kidding.

My debit card expired at the end of the year. When I called to find out why I hadn't received a new card I was told the new cards are sent out the beginning of the last week. With the holidays I still haven't received a new card. I've never heard of a Credit Union sending out debit cards so late.

Extremely rude staff! Julie told us that they do not cash check issued from their very own credit union for non members. Offered zero alternative options. I would stay away from this credit union. No wonder they have horrible reviews. Never step foot in there place of business ever again

Absolutely positively the worst experience ever! Julie at the division location told us that we couldn’t cash a check issued from their institution cause we weren’t members. We sold a car car to one of their members. They issued us a check, but wouldn’t cash the check. Offered ZERO alternative options!

Whoever is managing this credit Union is doing a poor job! Staff poorly trained and rude. No interest in doing what's best for the customer. Long wait lines, even when nobody's there. Seems like they still do everything on a typewriter and have no interest in doing what's best for their employees and customers. Bye-by e!

First, I want to do the honor of mentioning that the past managers like Tina, Heidi, and Carrie, you guys will always be 5++ stars. You ladies were why I left the other banks to come to NWPCU!! Tina, we all miss you and your honest sarcasm!!Now, to the current 'credit union' who posts the "our #1 prioity is you!*"*except on Saturdays and Sundays, after 4:30 pm, or holidaysI have been ignored during a horrible domestic situation, later realizing I was being mocked. It was a young lady, hopefully she was instructed otherwise. That lady also didn't fix my account, which delayed my removal of my belongings and myself to safety.My debit card multiple times having been locked due to a negative balance, no one to help or unlock my card. Just no access to money, even after plenty of money has been deposited, just like every other month.Also, no deposits except at the bank locations. No CO -OP network for this CU.Don't even get me started about how twice I travelled up from Bend to Portland, pre-announced, only for me to get there and not be able to finish transactions. Once with another person.USAA has been great with my insurance. Will see how they do with my banking.And while NWPCU still has the note on my car, they get to enjoy the money they get from that for a while longer. After that, don't feel like I will be missed hereMinus some of the managers who will cuss my name for a while longer, I doubt any of the bratty sounding people who like to drop the receiver in your ear will, and I am good with that.

Amazing staff and an even better experience, even with the recent security upgrade and system problems they always go above and beyond to help in any way they can and make sure you leave happy. I have had my account with them for multiple years and have never had a problem with the service. The staff is always the most helpful even when they are understaffed and super busy.

I came into a bind with college expenses and NW Priority Credit Union was able to get me a line of credit the same day. Quick, friendly, small town service is hard to come by in Portland. Over the last year I have seen the employees coming outside to sign documents, pushing cars through the snow and literally putting out fires. Wouldn't want an account anywhere else.
