I utilize their digital mailbox service. The app works great. Sends me photos of my mail pieces with very simple means to discard, shred, scan, and/or schedule pick up times. My mail is always ready when I come to pick it up. I arrived about 45 minutes before the scheduled time I had requested to pick up, and my mail pieces were already sorted for me to pick up.Major bonus of visiting this location is I get to say hello to the most adorable and friendly pup that greets me each time I walk into the store.Incredible staff that always provide the best service. Friendly and efficient-I've never had to wait more than a minute or so to grab my mail.Great central location that makes stopping by between errands around the city a breeze.Haven't had a chance to look around the store, but looks like there are a bunch of fun knick-knacks to browse.Super happy to have given the digital mailbox a try. Major perk of being able to discard junk mail without ever having touched it, that alone is worth the low subscription cost I pay, think it's around $11 a month or so with $1 pick up costs when I stop by about once every two weeks to get my mail.

One of the nicest, professional and most helpful shipping services I've ever used. I have mailed personal and business items from here and honestly, doing so each time has been a complete pleasure. The staff is fantastic and helpful, everything from pointing out shipping options to helping me securely package my parcels. The store also have a fantastic selection of "Oregon" souvenirs for those last minute parcels you're sending out. If you need something shipped, if you need a last minute gift, this is the place to go to!

On January 21, 2023, I had a terrible experience at this postal annex. Despite receiving poor weekend service, I had always relied on this location for its professional and courteous staff during the week. However, when I visited on a Friday evening, I encountered a rather large woman who was extremely rude and disrespectful.Before me, there was a gentleman who walked in with a yellow slip of paper that he clearly got from a PO BOX. Shockingly, the woman handed him his package without even asking for his ID, despite his "funny name" and the fact that he claimed it was his "internet" name and not his real one. Meanwhile, when it was my turn, she looked at me with a sneer and demanded to see my ID, insinuating that I looked like a thief because of my skin color.I refused to comply with her discriminatory request and pointed out that she didn't ask for ID from the previous customer, who had the same skin color as me. She then refused to give me my mail and accused me of wanting to steal it. Eventually, I had to show her my ID, and she begrudgingly gave me my mail with a sarcastic smile.I felt extremely disrespected and humiliated by this woman's behavior. I immediately called Postal Scan Mail to file a complaint, and they apologized for the incident and credited my account with $20. However, they also admitted that they have received multiple complaints about this same employee.It is clear that this postal annex hires racist and discriminatory staff who treat customers differently based on their skin color. I have decided to move my business to a different location and will be warning all my friends and acquaintances to avoid this location. It is unacceptable to be treated in such a disrespectful and discriminatory manner, and I urge others to do the same and take their business elsewhere.

This location is just great they do everything you need to have done when it comes tp shipping! To bad they have lost their contract with DHL so we can not longer drop of parcels with NW, We have send an email to DHL to request they rethink their decision but with only a few boxes of DHL ourself in a year ill understand why they might have cancelled the contract. Either way NW postal was always a great and very helpful friendly partner on our way! (Different to other places like Postal annex in Portland

The customer service at Northwest postal on shipping is tip top... Every time I've called and or entered the shop I've always been greeted with sincere smiles they have gone out of their way to be helpful and informative... I truly appreciate the service they provide... I would give five stars if it weren't so expensive...

Please give the guy who works here a raise unless he owns the place and in that case just lots of praises. I had an appointment for 4:30 and unfortunately due to traffic I ended up reaching after 5 which was past the closing time , however he was kind enough to let me finish my chores and even more I saw he did not turn down the other gentleman who came in after me .He was fast , efficient and really friendly and I was able to save another trip due to his flexibility . The store is well stocked and is a one stop shop for or packing, shipping, printing and business service needs. They also do digital finger printing , mailbox rentals , I9 verifications and have a small stock of gifts , souvenirs and cards etc. . Also , as an added bonus the store smells heavenly due to all the candles and that's the first thing I noticed when I walked in .

I've been a regular customer here for years, there is rarely a line so service is always efficient. I've always found the people working behind the counter to be friendly and I will continue to send my postal and shipping business their way for years to come!

Abysmal service. Bizarrely uptight and inflexible, don't bother. Find another service downtown or just go direct to UPS or Fedex. You'll have a much better customer service experience.

They are incredibly uptight. Not worth dealing with, find another spot in the city. absolutely abysmal customer service, the woman on the phone told me to call Portland police on them? Just bizarre.

Mail is not supposed to be war.Their management of their partnership with iPostal is a DAILY nightmare. You'd think if you're paying them a premium to do the difficult rocket science of handling mail that they'd be able to manage their own process and the communication with their software and marketing host. But you'd be WRONG!Instead it's a game of ping pong "PASS THE BUCK" about whose responsibility it is while you get daily overcharges that nobody will correct. For months!! If that wasn't the case, I'd be happy. But it just won't end. I mean how hard can it be?There's always new employees being trained so perhaps I underestimate the capacity of whomever is apparently being paid minimum wage. Perhaps iPostal is outsourced to SE Asia? It should be for the nothing they do.For the umpteenth time in as many months: Give me my dang packages, REFUNDS for your wanton incompetence, and close my account.

Recurring overcharges: 14 Requests for them to fix their errors: **TEN** Assertions by them that they would fix it: 6 Gaslighting owner: 1 too many Happy customer: 0 NW Postal & Shipping REFUSE to acknowledge that they are not tracking my mail properly. They receive it and I pick it up but they keep it in their system and I get overcharges on a daily basis for MONTHS. They said to my face while I was there that they needed to fix it. But they won't!!! Every time I complain they say iPostal handles the billing and do nothing. iPostal is just a marketing umbrella that supplies software they can't manage. It's clear now that they're purposely running a racket through iPostal. "digital mail isn't for everyone" - what kind of condescending dismissive unaccountable BS is that?! A blind monkey's uncle can receive digital mail.
