NW Natural is really committed to customer service. We purchased a new gas fireplace insert from them that ultimately didn't work out because of the specific setting and they invested the time, effort and money to get a different FP that would work. Our salesman, Matthew, and their customer service/trouble shooter, Wade, provided exemplary service. We're glad we went with them and can recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a gas fireplace insert.

I am a prime contractor, new to the area. Called here with questions about what water heater to purchase and the sales lady was unkind. I asked a question about how to calculate the total GPM requirement of a tankless water heater dedicated to one shower when there is 80psi water pressure, with ground water temp of 50-60 degrees and chart data of gpm to psi for the known capacities of each of the 6 shower heads. She told me: "I really don't have the time to explain it to you because it is too complicated!" She either didn't know or wasn't interested in selling to me because I did not want one of their "contractors" to install it for me. I've delt with tons of suppliers but this place is a joke, zero stars if I could!

It's great that the Center has so many fireplace inserts on the floor to view. Christine was wonderful explaining how things worked and describing the available options -- this all made it easy to choose since the brochures don't do justice to the products.

Trevor was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him! He patiently educated us on our options during our first exploratory visit, worked with us on pricing when finding the right appliance and got the energy rebate paperwork started for us, and even delivered a replacement part to us on his own time since we live close by! Our fireplace also turned out great in part due to his recommendation to install it with an overlap (instead of built-in) fit! Thanks Trevor!
