Let me start with saying I would never send anyone to this company. I was in my first car wreck January 10,2024. Just before the ice storm. Our mini van was sent over just about the 18th, it needed towed. Paperwork was sent via email and I checked all the boxes to keep me informed. Again never had a wreck so I'm new to all this. The estimated time to have my van back was February 10th. We had a rental to take back, so I had to make sure the van would be ready. Now the entire time I never heard a word from this company, I had to reach out. Fine I continued to check on the status and was told the 10th. Well it was not ready. Another week. I would call 2 days before the pick up date to check and see if it was indeed going to be ready and nope another week. Finally about February 27th we get the van back. I'm not happy. I'm disabled and have a hard time standing and had to stand for over 30 minutes waiting for them to finish my car. I go home check it completely over. I'm annoyed, still damaged parts are not fixed, the AC is out, it has a foul smell, and for being new van it's idle is loud and rough. I call my insurance because I'm very annoyed progressive sent us to this company and the work was not completed. So they replied to us and say that we'll have to bring the car back on Monday since they are closed for the weekend. I asked them for a loaner car so that we don't have to get a rental car again and they agreed to give us one we take the car back in and they go over all of everything that's wrong. Write it down and will leave the car there. We drive away in their car. An older used car I'm not complaining it was free. So about 2 weeks go by and we get to get the car back this time they are saying that they will deliver it to us. They bring the car to us and bold and behold the air-conditioning still was not working so they have to take the car back. Now during the 2 weeks I'm driving their car around I happen to notice there are no tags on the front license plate AND the tags on the rear are expired about a year ago. I'm furious. Luckily the van came back within a few days after. Still damage on my rear fender that was not there BUT because it wasn't close to the wreck issue it didn't get fixed. So recap it took almost 3 months to get our car back, had to send it back 2 times, their loaner car is illegal AND my car smells bad inside. Yay thanks for being out of our lives.

Fantastic service when you need it most! Theresa (and everyone I spoke to, really) at NW Collision was terrific at helping me navigate dealing with insurance, making sure I was aware of the progress of repairs, and even had my car finished a week earlier than I expected. The level of customer service the team provided was so impressive. Overall highly pleased with NW Collision and will be a customer for life.Services: Painting

Took my car in because of front damage towards the end of July beginning of August . Only got a call from the twice never called to let me know what was going on or if they found any more issues. Then three weeks later they call and say it’s ready and that the only thing missing are the seatbelts and some cables that need fixed and that they charge 5k , apart from what the insurance was covering and the deductible I had to pay! So I start making plans to get my car out of there and let them know I won’t be able to get it out until Friday and now after all they’ve put me through they still want to charge a storage fee! After the terrible service ! I’m 100 percent sure they had no business touching the seatbelts of my car it has nothing to do with the accident.

When my car was totaled, NW Collision Services was the auto body shop suggested by my auto insurance. I did call around to other shops but none had availability to look at or work on my car earlier. NW Collision Services towed in my car. They assessed it at a minimum of $14000 repair. While their front desk folks were usually very brief on the phone and didn't volunteer information, the mechanic I spoke to on the phone (I think his name was John) was very helpful in explaining the repair bid and making suggestions about how to talk with insurance. In the end, the car was declared totaled. I stopped by to get my remaining items out of the car (I had forgotten the seat covers and license plates). They had to take me over to their secondary garage, which they weren't able to do at lunchtime. But I eventually got in and said goodbye to the car. While I hope you never have to experience a totaled car, I do think NW Collision Services handled the process in a timely and accurate manner.

Friendly and helpful staff with great communication. My bumper was smashed from a hit and run, and they made the whole process easy from start to finish. They work directly with Progressive. They were also quicker with turnaround than what they originally estimated which was great! Thank you for your service!!

My hood was severely damaged and needed to be replaced, I showed up to the estimate with a flat tire and they filled all of them at no cost. This place is amazing and the staff is so sweet, Teresa made me feel so secure and optimistic as well as everyone else who I came into contact with. I couldn't be happier with the service. It was replaced in a few hours and they worked with my schedule. The cost was also pretty nice for the condition the used hood they replaced it with (basically brand new and the same color as my car). I would recommend this place over and over and have already. Definitely going here for any more help I need. Thank you all so much!

This place is horrible! Take your business elsewhere.Pros:-I just got my car back a few days ago, and it feels like it’s driving well and it’s been repaired fine as far I can tell (I know nothing about cars though and am hoping for the best)-The receptionists are nice. (Not even really a pro but if they see this, I have no complaints about the receptionists. They were receptioning just fine.)Cons:-There was no communication for over a month except for when I called to get information.- I never heard from my estimator, Theresa. Ever. I was told she’d call me and brief me, multiple times in response to my inquiries.- I told them this was my first time dealing with an accident, but still no one ever explained anything that was being done or what I had to pay for. I was completely in the dark and there was no empathy of any kind. Just indifferent and incredibly casual to where you would think I’m dropping off a load of dirty laundry and not my freshly wrecked car that I’m upset about.- The entire process felt awkwardly informal and abrupt. My car was looked at by Dave (an estimator , but one that would not be assigned to me and looked like a random guy just hanging out in the parking lot and being nosy about my poor car), I was handed a clipboard to sign, was told it was getting towed away somewhere(??), and was escorted to enterprise for a rental. By Dave. Which I guess is nice, thank you… but there wasn’t any conversation about having choices or what the process was. Nothing at all to make me feel comfortable with them.- I kept calling to see when my car would be finished and was finally (understandably, after the parts arrived) given an estimated *range* of dates. Was also told that right before my car was finished that I’d get a call. I NEVER GOT A SINGLE CALL. My car was finished earlier than estimated though, right after I went through the hassle of extending my rental in person at the enterprise office for 30 min and re signing paperwork. i would not have had to do that if I got some sort of heads up. That was incredibly frustrating.- the pick up was carried out in the same fashion as the drop off. Like “okay that’s $500, here’s your receipt, okay have a nice day”… everyone was nice, as in NOT MEAN, but so incredibly NOT HELPFUL and not caring.Services: Painting
