5645 SW Scholls Ferry Rd, Portland“Update: Owen did a great job helping winterize my place this year. Thanks again!!
Lee did a fantastic job getting my sprinkler system working again today. Arrived exactly on time, diagnosed and repaired the issues quickly. Highly recommend! Thank you!”
“This place is incredible as a native plant nursery and also as a destination in and of itself. It may be out of your way, but it is 100% worth the drive.
While we love our nearby garden centers, as we have pushed to plant more Oregon and Willamette native plants we have found almost all of them lacking. That is not the case here. A wide variety of native plants, clearly labeled (PPL, Coastal, etc) and with tons of great information.
The staff were all very friendly and great at making suggestions and providing additional information when you need it and letting you explore on your own when you don't!
The property itself is gorgeous and it's definitely worth leaving enough time to walk around the trails they have carefully maintained with tons of examples of beautiful native plants.”
“Friendly, helpful and the best price on large garden pots in the Portland area. I didn't even have to ask for help; an employee asked me how he could be of service. 5 stars :)”

412 NW 11th Ave, Portland“I absolutely adore this shop. I stopped by for the second time in the past month (we just moved into a new place and I've been itching for plants) and every time we go, they are so incredibly friendly. I'm a little socially awkward so I'm not the best at asking questions, and they always know the right time to step in and help me decide on something or fill in a gap of knowledge. They even repot the plants for you if you also want a pot with your plant. Great selection and the plants are much better cared for (an cost less) than other boutique shops that I've walked into since moving to Portland. I love this place. :)”
“I received excellent service from this place. Somebody assisted me over the phone while I was trying to make a selection from their excellent website, and I was able to text in a message for my gift, which was then delivered when they said it would be. The final product was even more beautiful than the photos.Highly recommend.”

“My boyfriend purchased a Monstera Albo here for my birthday. It's the healthiest most beautiful Albo I've ever seen and she's grown 4 new leaves since June. Anyway, I finally demanded that he take me to the place where he purchased it and I'm so happy he did. There's so many rare and beautiful plants here. They're all well taken care of and the woman was very kind. I purchased a beautiful Pink Princess.”
“Little Baja is amazing!! Thomas and Jordan were very helpful and did all the heavy lifting for me. Thomas even helped me put all the pots in my car at the end. Thank yall so so much. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about this place!!”
“I love Potted in Portland! They do the plant services for my office in Downtown Portland and all the plants are very cared for and look great at all times! All the employees are very personable and great to be around as well.I've also bout plants from them for my personal life and I really liked their selection and the fact that they are always willing to answer my questions.”

“If I want a bouquet that I know is going to be stunning and long-lasting, I go to Glasshaus. The unique floral arrangements are so creative, you won’t find them anywhere else! I also love their potted plants and pottery selection. The owner has a great eye for quality and color. So glad to have your shop in my neighborhood!”

2046 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland“They helped me repot this Begonia after it had been struggling for quite some time and it's thriving now! Pleased with the great job they did and super friendly staff!”
“I love the variety and have watched them expand on it over the last few years. The people who work there are awesome at giving suggestions for houseplants AND bioactive setups for herps and inverts. I don't get to visit often because I live 2 hours away, but I go out of my way to stop by when I drive through Portland!”
“Good place to get your rocks, stones, and gravel that you cant find at home depot or lowes, great customer service and very knowledgeable with time to give to customers without rushing you. FYI small place no regular bathrooms just a porta potty.#positivegoodlife”
“Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I had fun, but I was unaware of the pricing beforehand. We received this class as a gift and were told we would get a small terrarium included in the class booking price and could pay to upgrade to something larger. That was not the case... It may be because the management switched between when it was booked and now, but it was more than I had wanted to pay out of pocket. I enjoyed learning the history and science behind terrariums and the hands-on assistance. Still, it was 250 dollars for two people (not including the class price). Fewer plant options were available compared to what was pictured online when my partner and I attended. It was a fun experience, but I wish I had been warned beforehand on how much it would cost us. By going through the class, you get a $25 discount, but that is already applied to the prices of the terrarium glasses you can choose from. I would have rather thrifted some mason jars from Goodwill to use than spend 100 + dollars on a small container. At least they offer a lifetime no-fault policy, so if something goes wrong, you can take it in, and they can assist you in getting it back on track. TLDR; I would go if you are interested, but be aware of the pricing!”
“I've bought a dozen or so chicks from this store, and feed and supplys to go along with them. Those were good experiences, but the one that stands out in my memory was the time I visited the store and was helped by a young man with a kiddie pool strapped to his back with a bungie cord. He politely informed me that he was actually a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle before ringing up my purchases. Absolutely the best customer service interaction I've had in a feed store, and it's kept me coming back.”
“A very cool place to get bamboo plants, bamboo products, and bamboo building materials. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The plant I bought was very healthy, and cost about half as much as the same plant at Portland Nursery.”

3811 N Mississippi Ave, Portland“Working with Pistils was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. My husband and I set out to do a mid-scale landscaping project and ended up stranded and in a law suit. Pistils stepped in and agreed to remedy the damage. Not only did they extremely skillfully and professionally right the wrong, but they managed to create something much more incredible, functional and beautiful than we could have managed. They were on site almost daily for about a year and we had not one bad interaction. In fact, they felt like good friends by the end. When we called attention to something, they were immediately attentive. Everything they did was with the utmost care, skill and craft. Cannot recommend more highly. This job became very large scale and expensive, and they not only saved our landscape but probably also our marriage! The wall below was all hand split and stacked. We love you Pistils!!”
“The absolute best community resource I've used. We just moved to Lents and were a bit strapped for cash after buying a house, and this tool library was (and still is) a life saver. The volunteers are friendly and helpful. I hope this place stays here forever.”
“This place is a gem. Ted runs a really cool business- it’s got a small town feel and makes me feel good every time I go in there.Beekeeping supplies are why I visit (best supplier in the metro) but he carries plenty of other supplies and tools as well.”
“Great spot to get all of your Clonex products and Root Riot Starter Cubes for Propagation! Also carry the HDI Mother Plant Nutrients to keep your mom's healthy and vigorous!

“This place is a little piece of paradise amidst the industrial section of Northwest portland. Their fountains and garden decor are absolutely gorgeous and reasonably priced. The owners couldn't be any kinder and more generous with their time. Highly recommended.”
“The nicest people work here. I’ve been in on two different occasions and helped by two different salespeople, both of whom were welcoming and eager to help me find exactly what I needed. On my most recent visit the salesperson helped me find a plant suitable for my budget, home environment, and newbie level of plant parent experience. Took time and offered care & patience ?Highly recommend!”
“I had a beautiful custom perfume making experience at Artemisia. Amy was an incredible guide to finding my perfect scent. If you’re sensitive to synthetic fragrances like me, this is the place for you. The space itself is enchanting and when you’re there it feels like stepping into a magical portal!”
“My family has been a member of the Lil Starts CSA for a few years now, and I have always been impressed with the quality and variety of the veggies in the share. I love that they deliver for a very reasonable price and they are great about communication on the rare occasions that delivery schedules need to be adjusted for excessive heat or smoke. I took this picture of the first delivery of the season last year. Sweetest and most flavorful carrots you'll ever eat. It only gets more bountiful in peak season.”
