Ben's online portal and communication is great. However, I found myself having to do a handful of extra steps that I have not had to with other accountants, while paying more than double what I've paid in the past.
I thought the added fee would prove to be beneficial, but I had to do more work than I've done in previous years. I saw the 5 star reviews and thought it would be worth it. If I had used, Turbotax I'd probably have an extra $400 in my pocket, with only a little bit of extra work. I could see how this may be worth it if you have a small business or a very complicated tax situation, but not worth it for the typical tax payer, IMO.

I felt like an anxious tax idiot before I found Ben. He made the process so dang easy. The days of filing my own return or going to a large chain company are over . Confident Numberman LLC is the best choice. My refund and the excellent service were a delightful surprise. Kind, clear, professional communication.

Ben is absolutely WONDERFUL. I live in California and have an Oregon Business with my sister who lives in Portland and we struggled to find someone at first. Thank my stars that Ben was able to help! We are so lucky to have his help with our small business and I'm extremely grateful for how easy our first return was, thanks entirely to his professionalism and care.
