SecureSpace Self Storage in Centennial offers a reliable and convenient storage solution. The facility is well-maintained, clean, and features a variety of unit sizes to meet different needs. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent customer service and clear information about rental options.
Security is a top priority here, with surveillance cameras and gated access, giving customers peace of mind about their belongings. The online reservation and payment processes are user-friendly, making it easy to manage your account.
One downside is that some units can be a bit pricey compared to nearby facilities, but the quality of service and security may justify the cost for many customers. Overall, SecureSpace Self Storage is a solid choice for anyone in the Centennial area looking for safe and accessible storage options.

This place is absolute trash. My unit got broke into first by a manager by the name of Olivia. Then some random person after that. I have lost nearly 10 grand worth of items all in all. That’s not including what is priceless but sentimental to us.
The company dos nothing but screw my around for months. Then I’m now kicked out of this place after being accused of breaking in to a unit I proved with police officers that I did not break into and they still made me leave. But won’t protect or handle my units being broke into.
Yea, this place is ridiculous.

Watch what you pay!!!! They will increase your rent at the 3 month mark! This is a trade standard from what I can see as I moved to this one for the same reason! Started in July 24 @65 mo, they just raised my fee to 100.25! That is an 54% increase! Read other reviews, I’m not the only one! Also, just checked my rent to online rent and it says my exact unit is $53 a month. It is a little bait and switch if you ask me. Contract says rent MAY increase, they had better change that to WILL with a timeframe before WE all own Secure Space storage. I don’t care if I have to move my SMALL storage every three months, I will get over, NOT them! After reading multiple reviews on Google, this is HOW THEY ROLL! Do not believe their BS about “regional” price increase because it’s a lie. It doesn’t matter what time of year you rent, you price will definitely increase within 3 months and it won’t be pretty. SECURE STORAGE, when you reply to my review, be creative, change your STANDARD response I am reading over and over again. “Our goal is customer service”…blah, blah, blah. Let’s be honest, you don’t have a goal except to collect as much $ as you can. You CLEARLY don’t give a nugget about your customers or their experience or you would CHANGE the way you do business! These terrible reviews just keep piling up. Don’t worry Secure Space, I WILL be calling to hear to excuses you have for me about my 54% increase!

They made my unpleasant situation (moving from another storage) so pleasant. Thank u so much! I had to move all my stuff from tigard and was having such a negative experience with the place I just moved from. This place is a breath of fresh air!

If you’re looking for a 5x5 space where the main entrance garage door is broken and permanently open for most of the year, your rate goes up almost 50% for no reason, and to get charged for not having renter’s insurance despite sending proof of it - this is the place for you!

Don't trust them. I've had renters insurance and now they won't refund me since they made me pay extra for the renters insurance when I already have insurance through country financial...

There's no way to keep the doors open while you have people going in and out carrying stuff to storage. You have to sit and enter your code every single time for every single trip, insanely inconvenient when you're trying to empty a U-Haul.
Tried to put a box to block the door so it wouldn't close and the lady came out and spoke to me like I was 2 years old... Finally stationed somebody in front of the door to just wave every time it tried to close. It's a storage facility, totally think you could have planned a better way for people to load and unload since that is literally the only thing they should be doing there.

First, if you go to their website, it has a 5 star rating. That's because they only post the ratings they get that are 5 stars. At least that's what it looks like to me anyway, as it does not reflect what's on Google whatsoever. If I am wrong about this, I will gladly edit this part out. Anyway, If you do decide to store your belongings here, be mindful of how much you're actually spending. I highly recommend checking your bill every month, as they do crazy increases without any notification(I checked all emailes and texts). When I called to get an explanation, the worker was condescending and summed it up as obvious inflation... My bill was supposed to be $65.00/mo after the half off first three months ran out. When I checked my last direct deposit, my bill was $157. They said corporate raised all rates in the area. That is one heck of an inflation raise, almost 300%. What's even funnier, I checked their website. The rates are actually $5 cheaper than when I signed up. That math does not add up and there is definitely something nefarious going on here. There's a lot more I could go into as far as the phone encounter I had with their staff member, but I will just sum it up as NOT GOOD. Just like they summed up my bill increase as OBVIOUS INFLATION. If you want to avoid being blindsided by out of this world price gouging, go elsewhere.

Clean, safe easy to use, the loading area should be a little larger though, to accommodate more trucks. Nice helpful.staff.

Make sure to read the fine print and be very careful to pay this bill on time. Their late fees are extremely steep and there is no grace.
