I started coming to Northwest storage about a year ago. this is an amazing place it's always clean the security is very well there. There's a on-site manager that keeps things in order.
It's a safe place to come to store your personal Items. Jimmy is the on-site manager of this facility very nice gentleman he's always in a good mood. He's always calm and courteous and helps you work through filling out the paperwork to get a storage unit here and any information that you need about how to do it or help with your locks anything that you need to ask about a storage unit he is the guy to go to. As far as pricing goes this is the best deal in Portland you're not going to find a better place to have a storage unit the prices are more than reasonable in today's market for renting a storage unit. I would recommend Northwest self-storage to anybody I know that wants to rent a storage unit.

Be careful of fees coming up silently. Never expect to get help by calling since they just keep telling you wait and wait and even violating the term they put on. All you need is just pay and seeing your things locked in their place.

Excellent location, always clean and safe, best rates! The long-time manager, Jimmy, is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the place and using the company's computer system if you need in-person help or help with gates, codes, bathroom access and anything else Recommend you see him today! Moving out of state or I'd keep my locker forever!

I rent at the NE Columbia Blvd store and it is one of the better storage facilities in town(I have used MANY of them). Reasonably priced and good managers, I highly recommend
