EDIT/UPDATE:I contacted the number provided and also left an email with HQ. No response. :(To be fair: The staff at this particular location is working with little support from HQ. They were on the ball by noticing my space was unlocked and locked it to protect what content was left inside. My original review below was a little harsh on the local team. My ire is more directed at the parent company, NSA Brands, whom have not made any attempt at rectifying this situation. No updates on improvement to facility security, the repairs needed on my door hasp, etc. I found out I have insurance but the form is vague and has limitations on dollar amounts which fall short of my actual tool losses. It would be nice to hear from an actual NSA employee from corporate…they need to be held accountable for the lack of security, safety and support for the staff who work hard to keep out the riff raff and deal with wacky customers and riff raff who think the facility is easy pickins for theft. I feel for them. Now on to my original review:Sadly, the hospitality and staff concerns for clients and customers has gone downhill since I started renting a space three years ago.Nowadays, anyone can come in without signing in, take the elevator to any floor they want and have a good time raiding and stealing from others. My rental was recently broken-into. An employee noticed that my space was not locked so staff double locked it, not even noticing that both door hasps were hacked with a hacksaw. I was notified by telephone so the next day when I came in, that is when I noticed that the staff double locked my unit with red locks. When I went down to ask for help getting in, I was treated as if I hadn't paid my rent and that is why the locks were on the doors. That couldn't be farther from the truth as I was paid up and not in arrears. Finally the employee sees that I am up to date with my rent so we go upstairs and he sees both locks on my door. He thought that was odd because they don't typically do that.Upon entering my space, I realized right away that a lot of my items in storage were stolen from me including my welder. If it had a handle, it was gone. The employee handed me a sheet of paper and said "fill this out...if you have insurance, just submit it online." and that was that. No internal investigation, review of security footage, etc.But I did get notice that my rent was increasing!There is hardly anyone at the front desk anymore so no one is vetted, stopped or questioned even when they are wearing large backpacks and RIDING THEIR BIKES DOWN THE HALLWAYS LOOKING FOR AN EASY LOCK.Don't bother renting here. No one cares about you, your stuff or the security of both. It's too bad...It wasn't always like this but welcome to the world where only one thing matters: MONEY. So do everyone a favor and don't rent here. If you already rent here: MOVE. Take the MONEY away from them.

It's hard to make a payment when there's supposed to be open.Though closed and it's gotten really, really bad.Because I can't get in when I need to get it all the time

Tad is wonderful! I almost thought I was moving into a new apartment and not storing my stuff in storage. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and graciously showed me around. He even told me the history of the building! I feel confident my stuff is secure as Tad frequently does rounds and the place has a strict policy about locking up at closing time. Thank you Tad.

Good location and prices. HUGE freight elevator (2nd biggest in the city!). The guy who works the office during the day on weekdays is nice and helpful! ?

We’ve rented storage space with these folks for over 20 years and will continue to do so. There are a wide variety of storage space sizes and, to some degree, space shapes available plus the rates are reasonable and the management attentive. Would highly recommend it for all of your storage needs.
