My absolute favorite place to have a storage facility in Portland, Oregon. The staff is incredible. Facility is super clean. I can’t say anything more about this storage facility other than it’s great and the building has got a great amount of history!

I picked up a unit at NSA storage on Morrison street in Portland today, the facility is a 150 year old building (John Deer plant) really cool old building, the elevator is that old also and was having a problem when I got there but was working before I got done bringing stuff down from the fourth floor using the stairs, the manager was very helpful and willing to work with me, seemed like a very nice person. I give him a 5 out of 5 stars, Thanks

Colleen the manager has an amazing personality and exceptional professionalism. She explained the whole process, offered help, and alleviated any concerns we had. Due to her, I would highly recommend IStorage to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, low stress and friendly environment for storage

They do not respond to emails. I am on auto pay and I get charged every month. I am getting a late fee every month? The manager reversed the charges for one month( I have 4 months) and then informed me that they only allow one refund per account per year? I am not sure how I can be late if they are taking it out of my account each month. I have asked to speak to a supervisor 5 times, no one will get back to me. I tried to reach the owners of NWS with no luck.

The customer service at Northwest Self Storage was great on SE Alder when I visited Portland earlier this month. Needed to move my stuff quickly and the staff: Deonte, Theresa and Isabella were excellent. They made the process of moving into my storage unit a breeze.

DO NOT RENT HERE! I was in this building for 7 years. When the new owners took over, it was a nightmare. Lack of staff, security issues, lack of cleaning, and they never returned thousands of dollars in a security deposit. They stopped responding to me and I had to threaten to sue to get my money back. They did not pay my costs or time spent pursuing it. RUN.

Elevator was stuck on a floor employee told us to just use the stairs. In the past they’ve always came and fixed it. The employee was rude overall. It’s sad to see the level of costumer service change from day to day. They day of issue:

Extremely.
Nice and helpful. Easy to deal with.
Close to downtown, fairly quiet in their particular neighperiod. I will definitely look for them the next time I have storage needs.
