I love NW Self Storage on SE 26th. I have been using this facility for quite a while now. This facility is clean and has great units. Edith is amazing. She can answer all your questions. She’s a delight. I highly recommend this facility highly.

I was having prob whit the payment going true, I end up getting charge a late fee,so I when and talk to manager, Explaint my situation, She was very kind. She resolved my issue right there no question ask. The manager was very kind and welling to fix the problem ?

I've had a unit at NW Self Storage for 12 years, and no problems at all till 2 days ago. A computer installation months ago had messed up my account, and manager Edith called me about it. Today we sat down and Edith figured it out, corrected the problems, and solved it! Terrific...12 years and only 2 days of problem, which ended entirely happily. Very happy with the facility...and the manager!

The manager here is pretty nice and very understanding. Locker wasn't the greatest but at least it wasn't all Garbage like the place in Gresham.

The online contract signing was a complete struggle to work with but I thought I had it figured out and called the office to confirm they had everything they needed before we came to move it. The person confirmed they had everything and I was set to move it. However when I arrived the gate didn't work. It was Sunday, the office is closed but the nice lady tried to help me resign the lease in hopes the gate would work but she couldn't figure out the computer. After much time had gone by I said I'd resign at home and work through the process again. It took me another 30 min. to again work through the online contract process at home and it looked like we were able to again complete the contract with auto confirmation we were ready to move in, gate code was working. We went back to the facility and yay the gate opened however when we arrived at our storage unit it already had a lock on it. Alarming, we walked by a woman who said her storage area was recently broken into and she wished us good luck. Defeated we left and I emailed the company. Next day by 1pm, no call or email from Northwest Storage so I called and left a message as they were at lunch. No one called me back an hour later so I called, talked to the same lady and we agreed that she would find another unit and she would send me the contract to resign again. I said no, that apparently wasn't working well and I thought it's got to be eaiser to stop by the office and sign the paperwork. Later that afternoon we came by the office again and it took 20 min. plus to work through the process again. I asked her why she didn't have the paperwork ready since she knew I was coming but she didn't know what storage unit I would want. I really only want a clean, empty and secure unit. I was confused and ready to cancel renting there completly and she figured the computer out. We went to our unit and after we loaded our items and went to put the lock on there was a metal ring preventing us from using our lock. Thankfully the manager was around, she couldn't get it off but she did twist it enought we were able to use our lock.So, our experience this far has not been good. Fingers crossed our unit doesn't get broken into!

They stole all of my stored property, and double charged my card they were rude the entire time and and then there were homeless people camped all the way up and down the street would not recommend try somewhere better.

Got to our unit and it had a lock on it. No one on site to help us, waited on the phone for 40 minutes trying to get assistance. Still waiting to hear about a refund because we had to move to another company since we were unable to access the unit we paid for and the movers needed to unload ASAP. Also the person on the phone told us our unit was 10x20 when we paid for a 10x30 (tho this is unconfirmed since we never saw the inside). Do not recommend!!Edit: I have emailed you three times already with no response!

Trash. Absolute trash. These people are never in the office, the manager will never answer the phone. They gave me a unit that wouldn't fit what they told me it would. Then they promised me a refund and I've been waiting over a MONTH for them to give me this refund with no results. Then they have the audacity to draft another payment for the next month when I cancelled the lease. Every time I call they tell me the manager will call me back in 72 hours. It NEVER happens. What a terrible company. Don't rent here. They will steal your money.

Stay away from this storage facility! Customer service is terrible and nobody knows what the policy is and you will be told different things by different people. Customer service told me I was fine to make a payment on a specific date and when I called to make that payment they charged me a ton of additional fees and cut my locks on my unit so I also had to pay for a new pad lock. It is also impossible to get ahold of the property manager or an actual person here because nobody is ever in the office and they will not call you back if you leave a voicemail. Seriously stay away from this place, nobody knows how to do their job. They are shady and will steal your money!

This unit leased out one of their units to a woman with three small dogs. She and her friends broke into adjacent units and sold the belongings from several units. The icing on the cake came when management refused to provide security camera to the police. They just ignored all the calls. This place should be closed down.
