Update: The manager called and apologized and offered to fix it. I will someday get back again, so I’ve upgraded my review accordingly, understanding that opportunities like this are needed by businesses. So I’m happy to update based on Management.
Previous review:I’ve had three trailer hitches installed at this business and the last one left the harness dangling out in the most pathetic way. I can’t believe I paid that much for an install that doesn’t look good. That harness should be strapped down and accessible in a professional and clean manner. Truly disappointed that I need to make my own improvements to the look and functionality.

Installed my topper wrong the first time, then had further defect issues with it. Ignored calls/emails etc.

Don’t use them for vans. They haven’t followed up with me after about 6 months after I contacted them a few times. Poor initial install and no follow up.

Called yesterday for a Yakima skybox and James said he had 1 more left in stock and offered to hold it for me. Went down today expecting to install the box myself, but Thor said he would install it for me. My bars are the maximum width for the clamps on the skybox which left only a few threads holding it on the nuts. Thor told me I needed longer bolts to install it safely. He took one apart and gave me directions to the hardware store and told me to pick up an extra 4 for the other skybox on my truck. Thor changed out all the bolts to the longer ones on my new box and then proceeded to change the ones out in my existing skybox. He told that it wasn’t safe for me to have it like that because of the wind turbulence. What a great guy! Went way above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was road ready. Have a few other things I’ve been wanting to get for my Gladiator so I’ll be driving the 2.5 hours to come to this place because of the great customer service!

NW Auto Accessories was recommended to me by a friend but I’m afraid I won’t be passing along that recommendation.
My canopy arrived with a small scratch and their only solution was to remove the canopy, ship it to Nevada for repainting and then ship it back and reinstall. This would require driving down to their facility multiple times and being without my canopy for around two weeks. This seems like a foolish solution and opens up the possibility of further damage as well as serious time wasted on my part.
I try not to give negative reviews but in this case I believe it is warranted.

Can’t comment on the quality of the work yet, just had hitch receiver installed. Nice showroom, comfortable waiting area, clean facilities. Staff is helpful and informative.

Fairly priced parts and services and conveniently located off highway 205, this is my go to place for all my truck accessories and ARE canopy needs . Purchased my Z series ARE canopy here which has worked and held up like a dream. The service team is quick and their performance is spot-on.

Mike was super helpful detailing the features of each line of A.R.E. products and we felt all of our questions were answered, expectations were managed, and all the while a low-pressure sales experience. This place is great but the communication is horrible , we understand you guys close at 5:00 pm and my husband called even ahead of time to let you guys know he would be 10 min after close due to long traffic , the guy on the phone said it was fine, husband gets there and the place is closed @ 5:10 no car in site ! He drove 2 hours don’t you guys respect your customers ?

Very disappointed in there installation crew or kids that do it idk but I bought a RSI smart cap for my gladiator, seems like they built it correctly but…. The bottom gasket was installed incorrectly which should be the easiest part, and the canopy was crooked so I let them know and we scheduled an appointment to have the gasket replaced and reinstalled but they again installed the gasket wrong now the sticky tape is visible on from the outside which looks ugly. $250 for install and it looks like they put it back on as quickly as possible. the instructions the cap comes with are very clear wish I would have done it myself. The people in the back installing these things are not properly trade or care about the product they sell. I will not be going back. I Might just contact RSI SMARTCAP and see if they will supply another company to install it.

A joke, completely overpriced by about $300.00. Wasted my time really and not open on the weekend??? Clear indicator that they either are not in it to win it ,or they are making way too much per unit sold. Spent my $1450.00 with All American Accessories where it was open on Saturday. The service and quality of products were outstanding.
