I fell in love with a chandelier from Hubbardton Forge. I did lots of research onIine and called North Coast Lighting, as we'd had another good experience there a few years ago. Holly Long answered the phone. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made the ordering process so easy. I needed an additional 3' of chain, for which she didn't have a part number and needed to contact HF. She followed up as promised and emailed me first thing this morning with the price for the chain. She had already heard back from HF with a lead time for the chandelier and it was less than what she anticipated. Great customer service!!!

Good selection of contemporary lights and accessories. Service was friendly and helpful. Almost all the lights were functional which made choosing easier.

The lights on display are incredible, I wish I could afford to buy more.
They had the perfect sconce lights for me, and beat home depot, lowes, and other lighting stores for my business.
