I share the opinion of many others here that this is an extraordinarily incompetent company. It took so long to get a properly fitted mask that I gave up using it because it was months and months and months of poor service. When I needed supplies, they didn't come for weeks and weeks. In dealing with Norco, I felt like I was living in the UK, where medical care is disintegrating even worse than in the US.

Try to avoid this company if you can. My medical provider uses Norco for supplies. The initial interactions and distribution of equipment with very well. Upon my first re-order of supplies it took 2 1/2 months to have basic supplies shipped. They admitted to multiple mistakes, but nobody ever contacted me with updates.

More problems again with this provider... ordered supplies for cpap 7 weeks ago, still haven't received them. Today I called them for the second time to find out where the order is... for the second time was told it's on its way... so Norco, are you aware you are selling medically necessary items? And maybe your customers actually need these supplies??

I found myself in Portland, having flown in from Pittsburgh, without my CPAP power cord. I tried sleeping without it and I couldn't. I felt I was being choked. I drove to Norco, which was a bit out of the way from client site's, to see what could be done. That's where the magic happened - the store associate, Ryland, let me borrow a loaner power cord from them, for free, to help me out get a good night's sleep. They didn't have any cords for purchase and they batteries they had cost several hundred dollars. I will forever be thankful for such an act of unprompted generosity and kindness. If you ever find yourself in Portland OR needing CPAP supplies, this is the place to go to.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. I was visiting from Michigan and needed a part for my albuterol nebulizer, and they knew exactly what I needed. They let me have it for free! This saved my vacation and I'm grateful. Thank you!!!

By far Norco has been horrible at replacing the required equipment at the appropriate times. They're staff is condensending and rude to deal with. Everytime I've called, the solution is always timely and painstaking. I've had several experience es o er the last year and they've all been less than satisfactory. If you have an alternative option, I would suggest to look elsewhere for your medical supplies!!!!

If you need oxygen supplies or oxygen itself, find somewhere else to go because you won't get the help you need here. The last 2 weeks in a row I've had deliveries on Monday and had to go back in on Wednesday to get more filled tanks(was told they only deliver once a week). Called 3 days ago to see about getting an emergency supply because I had to take my wife to the hospital for surgery and she's been there ever since(I had scheduled delivery for Monday but only had a tank and a half to get by with for the weekend. Throughout the whole weekend have gone back and forth with one of their reps, and here it is Monday afternoon and still no oxygen. And, when speaking with my wife this morning, she may be getting released from the hospital today, but I don't have any oxygen to go pick her up and bring her home.
