I heartly recommend the team at Nomad. They converted our Co-Motion tandem to electric pedal assist and it’s working GREAT. We have ridden tandems for over 20 years, however hills were starting to be a challenge. Not anymore!! 40 to 75 mile rides are a piece of cake again. Brad and the team at Nomad delivered on time and on budget. I totally recommend Nomad Cycles

Wow! What an awesome shop! The folks at Nomad Cycles are incredibly knowledgeable, talented, and very willing to help.Prior to finding Nomad, I had been turned away from every other E bike shop that I called as they did not feel they had the expertise to solve the issues I was having with a battery operated tool. Nomad was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issues with my E tiller that I rely on for assistance in my garden space.Their expertise around E bikes and other gadgets is clearly one of a kind. In addition to the very knowledgeable staff, they were super timely, had great communication, and were very honest with manageable pricing on repairs.I know where I’ll be going to purchase my next Electric bike!Thanks again Brad & crew! You guys rock!

This is a fantastic e-bike shop in Portland that works on most types of electric bikes as well as offering conversions and some e-bike sales. Make an appointment in advance and your bike will be running like-new in no time. I dropped my Rad Power bike off at noon and the brakes, rotor and tire were replaced a few hours later. Extremely reasonable rates for these knowledgeable, efficient and friendly pros.

Helpful and knowledgeable. If you are looking for an electric bike he has you covered.. Hopefully he will eventually be building liquid nitrogen powered bikes too, that's what the world needs.

My e-bike is my daily commuter.When ever something is wrong, the nomads tram has my back.I really couldn’t suggest a better bike ship in Portland.Professional and experienced, all of the team members are very good at what they do.From simple stuff too custom built rigs.Nomads has your back.Thank you for all you guys do!

They sold and installed the Bafang eBike conversion for my 30-year-old Sand Blaster rock bike. A very nice piece of machinery to be sure and what a fine bunch of young men to work with. Kudos to Brad, Tim and Isaac. Keep up the good work guys.

Nomad did a wonderful job repairing my DTC E-MTB after it was damaged during a move and poorly maintained by me (oops). They did great work for an affordable price and were happy to talk me through my options.The impression that I was left with after each of my visits (and a recent check-in call from them to see if I needed any help before their spring rush season) is that these guys have a great passion for ebikes and love sharing it with customers.I wouldn't hesitate to enthusiastically recommend Nomad to friends or anyone else. We're lucky to have such an excellent electric bike shop in our city.

These guys are way superior in repair work. They worked over my Bike Friday Pocket lama and brought it back in perfect running condition after another bike shop said they coudn't fix it. Don't even think about getting your bike fixed anywhere else.

Extremely welcoming and helpful service. From the first minute of making an appointment to take my bike in, to the time I picked it up everybody was knowledgeable and eager to share their expertise. If you want things done right and at a fair price, then take your bike to them.

This place is amazing! they were the only local bike shop that was able to help me, and their customer service is amazing. The gentlemen at the store that greeted me at the door gave me loads of advice on how to fix certain things that I didn't expect to figure out! Definitely coming back if I ever have any issues with my Electric Bike. 10 stars.

Excellent customer service! They didn't actually end up on servicing my bike because it didn't need it but both times I had questions etc, they were super friendly, patient and helpful. I will always contact them for my bike needs.

Had a difficult rebuild of an older bike and they found the solution, sourced parts and got me back out there. Can provide parts for DIY. Definitely recommend.
