We purchased a car recently and the process went so bad. We selected a car through the Costco used car program and Nissan didn't want to honor that discount. We had to stand our ground to have it honored. When we were signing contracts we realized the VIN number on the contract was different than the car we requested. The car they put had more miles on it but same color. Either they made that switch on purpose trying to sell a car with more miles since they were bitter about having to honor the Costco discount or they are incompetent and can't do accurate work! Either way... that's really bad! When we got to the warranty part of the contract the salesman tried to change numbers again on our contract which would have put the car back to full price. My husband called him out on it and again, he said it was a mistake, but he was increasing the price of the car by $2K. Again, either they are doing it on purpose and trying to swindle people or that aren't competent enough to do their work accurately. It all left us with such a bad taste in our mouth!

I will NEVER again purchase a car from Nissan. I purchased a brand new car 3 years ago. My sales professional Dante was amazing! It all changed when we met with Finance the finance team was dishonest and things were messy. We worked through all of that with the support of our amazing sales rep! Fast forward 3 years later my check engine light comes on I had it diagnosed by a shop who toldme to reach out to Nissan about my warranty. I call them and received poor customer service. They stated they knew nothing about towing services with Nissans bumper to bumper warranty. I called customer service and in fact it was covered. I had the car towed to be told it was only a battery but the shop previously told me it was a cam shaft code. The woman at the counter told me and my husband they cleared all codes from the vehicle. I asked which codes she could not tell me and it was not noted by the tech. (Smells fishy) as I had roughly 1,000 miles left on my warranty. Camshaft isn't a cheap fix. We paid for the battery left and I traded the vehicle in the next day for a 2024 Outback. The dealership told me the car threw a camshaft code .... hmmm according to Nissan it was just a battery. Needless to say I will NEVER buy a car fromNissan due to poor customer service.I got a call from Robbie the other day asking me about trading in my car. I stated I would not purchase from them again due to the horrible customer service. He proceeded to share if it was Dante no need to worry he's no longer there .. I stated it had nothing to to with the sales rep he was AMAZING! It had everything to do with the poor customer service and lack of honesty from the service team and the unprofessionalism of certain staff. I would NOT recommend anyone buy from this Nissan.I am happy with my purchase . Just saying buyer be ware!

Good people, good deals. Don't have much more to say than that, I traded in my old car and got a good deal on a newer used one.

I have a lease from this place and instead of explaining that the $2,500 rebate was being added to the lease amount they just told me they were taking care of the rebate for me. So in addition to my down payment they added the rebate to the car too. The only reason I went in was because they had a Leaf for me to lease for $160 a month and then they pull this BS. I needed a car so I took the lease for $200/ month but didn't realize the rebate was being added. A little shady. Let's just say I am not going to be a repeat customer.

Excellent staff and customer service. Did not have an appointment to get a routine oil change and was able to create a walk-in appointment. It was finished in only an hour. Shout out to Janae for being so welcoming and awesome!

Unbelievable! I came out and test drove a 2010 Mercedes GL450 a few weeks ago, liked it, so arranged to pick it up a few days later and take it to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. On the day I was supposed to pick it up I get a voice-mail as I'm driving to the dealership telling me that the car isn't available, that its been taken by another customer for an inspection, and they don't know when it's going to be back. I asked why they didn't tell me hours earlier, and my salesman (Paul) tells me he just got there and had no idea it was taken. I cancel my appointment with the mechanic.Later that day I get a call from their Bozo Sales Manager (Jim) who doesn't apologize for the screw up, but tells me that he has been gone for two days so it's not his fault. A few days later I get a couple of voice mails from a ditz named Allison who is telling me that the Mercedes is available for "immediate delivery", again ignoring the fact that I already had an appointment that I carved out time for, and ended up wasting half a day dealing with her company. OK, a couple of weeks go by and I notice that the car is still for sale, and the price has been lowered by $1,000. I call Paul and asked him what happened with the first buyer, and he tells me that it was a woman who test drove it without telling her husband, and that they decided that a Mercedes was too expensive to maintain. Fair enough. So, against my better judgement, I agree to make another appointment with the mechanic, and ask Paul if I can pick it up on Tuesday afternoon. Sure he says, "I will guard it with my life". He tells me he will call me on Tuesday afternoon and let me know what time I can pick it up. Now it's Tuesday afternoon, almost 3 PM, and I haven't heard from Paul, so I call him. He starts to tell me that he just got out of Nissan Training and it's a lot like a Charlie Brown cartoon...I have no idea what the f&ck he is talking about, but I suspect that the car is again not available...and of course he tells me that he "just found out" that the car was sold Monday night. Again, nobody called me, nobody is apologizing, these people are absolutely clueless, and they are less professional than any car dealer I have ever dealt with.Maybe you don't mind if your time is wasted. Maybe you don't mind dealing with morons. If so, you'll have no problem with this dealership. But I suggest you do yourself a favor, buy a new or used car ANYWHERE but Nissan of Portland.

Very disappointing experience. We had our Rogue towed into Rustom Nissan because it wouldn't crank to start. When you hit the start button, a message would come up and say Security Key Problem. After a couple of days of not hearing from Rustom, I called to inquire. I was told it needed diagnostic testing that would be another 2 hours. I went along and agreed to it. After a couple more days and no contact, I called and inquired. The service person told me the rep handling this case was at lunch and would call upon return. She never called. The next day I called and inquired. Via email, she sent a mechanics video of a part that connects to the positive post of the battery showing it had a badly corroded fuse(called a Fuse Link Box) She stated it needed to be replaced and I agreed. She told me she would call me back that day to give all the details. She never called. The next day I called and inquired. I was told there was a delay in getting the part (I don't hold this against them) By now, the car had been there 8 days and was finally ready. The bill was over $600 which included a $30 environmental disposal fee. It was 3 hours labor and $90 for the part. The part that was replaced (fuse link box) is a very simple part that is attached to the positive battery clamp and quite visible to any mechanic performing a fundamental visual starting system check up. The corroded fuse should have been spotted very quickly and is replaced in matter of minutes by removing the nut on the battery cable, placing the new part on and put the nut back on. Job done! Only one tool needed. The problem is now fixed but I can't help but feel robbed. The corroded fuse should have been spotted almost immediately (its right there in plain sight to see on the battery) - this would have made the other diagnostics unnecessary. I asked why there was a disposal fee since there were no liquids, solutions or anything else involved in the repair. It was a simple replacement of a small plastic box. I was given an arcane double talk response that made no sense whatsoever and told I was getting away cheap (I doubt that the mechanic even got his hands dirty) In summary, the car was there for 8 days to do a half hour job. I was unnecessarily charged extra labor hours because of an incompetent inspection. I was charged a fee for something that didn't exist and the communication was poor. Basically, it was over $600 to replace a fuse. Oh yeah, they never put the plastic covers back on the battery posts. Just cannot recommend this dealer as there is a clear-cut lack of professionalism and honesty.

I purchased a car this past week with the sales Karrar Alsaadi , he was great! Hewas very attentive to my father and I and answered all of our questions.Despite it being pretty busy in there, Saul made sure we were taken care of. His patience and knowledge did not go unnoticed. I am so happy for Nissan to have a great guy like Karrar Alsaadi
