Go here to remind yourself the definition of pretentious. It doesn’t matter how many times you call a battery pack a “recharger” you will always be wrong. It’s always going to be a rechargeable battery pack with a charging cable. And you do sell elastic cord fool.

The staff was great especially ryan who was very informative.I ordered 2 kayaks on july 2023 and waited waited and also called ..... I never did get a call back if they ever arrive at the store for pickup and purchase.. I then ended up purchasing at Colorado kayak company for a better deal+ paddles and pdfs all under the purchase price of the 2 kayaks.

I purchased a Virgo LV from Next Adventure, and love the boat! I had a problem with the foot pegs not holdingf, and Trent ordered some replacements. The new foot pegs arrived and Trent and Paul replaced my old ones with the new. What a great experience! Thank you Next Adventure!

Very good store has everything you need cheap prices staff is very kind and will help with everything good for camping trips or hiking shoes or just shoes in general has sleeping bags tents and lots of clothing very happy I stopped here ??

I recently bought a kayak there. The staff are amazing. They are all super helpful. It's almost like they enjoy doing there jobs! Crazy right? I just can't say enough about there service. Great place and people!

A few months back came into the store to make a large purchase and was greeted with a staff member that seemed annoyed and frustrated. We thought it was safer to just leave the store. You never know what could happen in SE Portland. I took my business to the Portland Kayak Company and they got me the sea kayak I was in search for!

I came in Friday afternoon looking for a kayak and Paige was so helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I ended up leaving with a cool kayak that fit my needs.Plus she's super fine.

We just bought a fish seeking water faring vessel from NAPS and have been amazed at its beauty and aqueous prowess. Not only that but the store dwelling queen that helped us find and acquire such an esteemed vessel - the magnificent Queen Overlord Page of NAPS - was instrumental in our paddle sports endeavor. Helpful, knowledgeable, and gracious staff. I recently had an issue with my paddle board that made it unusable. Two staff members looked it over and returned from the back with brand new paddle board two minutes later. Free of charge. No paperwork, no warranty. That is first class customer service and I will continue to buy all my paddle products here. Thanks Next Adventure!

Very helpful and friendly staff! The selection is really great here and I feel very lucky to have a local shop that specializes in paddle sports :) I will say the pricing isn't the most competitive, though they do have some pretty good sales sometimes. Overall the main thing bringing me back is the staff being so nice and willing to answer all my d*** questions!
