Great PT spot with attentive staff. David was able to help me with an ongoing issue that brought me a lot of relief for my ankle/foot.

Every now and then you come across a provider that just gets it, and that's what I found with Mariah Frank. They are hands down the best PT I've ever encountered, both in knowledge and treatment as well as creating a space where no concern and question is too small. I had resigned myself to a level of functioning and pain, but Mariah has helped me make more improvement in a few months than I have in years. Non-judgemental, flexible to your goals and needs, and just an overall good human!

Loved working with Addy and Lindsey at New Heights! When I started going for my severe lower back pain, I could barely tie my shoe. But now I can twerk again! The therapists and front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful, always lifted my mood to come. And they make it easy to do the work at home and continue after you are done. Highly highly recommend!

This clinic is the real deal. Addy (Addison) is upbeat, knowledgeable, and very fun to work with. She has a great bedside manner and is intent on working with the client's goals and fitness preferences (not her own!). She has worked to create a home program for me that is simple, effective, and aligned with my personal performance goals. After having both my left and right hip labra repaired in 2018, I have worked with a few different physical therapists during the different stages of recovery and maintenance. It is challenging to find both a PT AND a clinic I enjoy-- I found both at New Heights. The Glisan location is large, with private rooms for intake and loads of equipment in the gym space. They have a reformer, barbell/ squat rack set-up, mirrored area for dance therapy, and many other tools. The front desk staff is warm, welcoming, and efficient. Covid protocols are dialed in and the environment is very clean. The clinic is also very well-designed to accommodate folks with mobility challenges (wide walkways, long ramps with handrails, large single-use bathrooms).I have had friends work with other PTs at this location and all have reported wonderful experiences. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone pre- or post-op as well as anyone with chronic pain or mobility challenges.

I went to the Portland PT clinic in early 2019 to see Nick Ing for a rotator cuff injury. Nick was really great, tackling the issue from a variety of avenues, providing a nice progression of at home exercises, giving me variety which helped motivate me and recover quickly. Thankfully, I have not had any issues with my shoulder since then and am very grateful to Nick for his treatment approach. However, in May 2020 I attempted treatment at the Vancouver clinic for a different physical injury and did not have the same results. The staff at this clinic were less than friendly, passed me around from person to person and I never felt that they really cared about helping me and after 3 months of treatment gave up after being asked to see a third PT person. As such, I highly recommend the Portland clinic for any PT needs. Their staff has always been friendly, helpful and organized and given me proven results.

Marie Long is one of the best physical therapists in Portland. I've known her for 3 years since I was referred to her by my chiropractor. My chiropractor said her patients always talked about how good she was, so I wanted to try her. I've tried some physical therapists for different health reasons in the past, but I've never met a physical therapist like Marie. Marie is the most compassionate, most knowledgeable, most caring, and the most positive PT.It's been really hard for me to not get better quickly -- as fast as I expected -- from two back surgeries, back to back. Because of that, I got depressed sometimes but every time I saw Marie, she always reminded me to look at the bright side to keep me positive. Especially after my surgeon kind of gave up on me, saying he doesn't know why I'm still in pain and that there's nothing he can do. He told me to see a pain psychologist instead of seeing him anymore. I lost hope then. But Marie didn't give up on me. Instead, she always listened to my story carefully and made a new plans for me to get better. I think without her help, I would have given up a long time ago and just ended up taking lots of pain meds and having a miserable life. Now I learned so much from her. Now I am finally, slowly getting better. At last, I would strongly recommend New Heights because they are all so nice and welcoming. They have a really good environment, good energy if you want to get better. Thank you Marie and thank you New Heights.Thank you, Marie and New Heights!

Marie is fantastic. She completely understood my situation and background and customized the therapy for my specific condition. I have been to other PT clinics where they take a “one size fits all” approach, so I was frankly surprised to find someone that listened, worked with me, and gave great advice. Highly recommended.

Nicholas Ing and staff are fantastic. Nick would always listen to me and would try to help me understand my body and how to heal it. I had a hard time of jogging or even standing up and doing dishes. I feel normal again after visiting. Every session felt educational and really helped my journey in a positive way. It’s ok to be nervous, but once you get past that and comfortable, this clinic can really help you. I have zero regrets about this place.

Jenna and the entire team at New Heights Physical Therapy are on my list of things to be grateful this holiday season. Jenna's patience, persistence, and expertise helped me soooooo much this year. I now feel like I have to strength, confidence, and tools to take much better care of myself moving forward. Jenna helped me get my life back, words are truly not enough. All the same, thank you so, so much, Jenna, and everyone at New Heights.?

I have been really impressed with the staff. Marie has been very supportive and has given me good advice all the way as I recover from a knee procedure. I have been to other PT facilities, and they all seemed to have a stock approach to just about everything. I find that New Heights, and especially Marie, tailors my exercises to what I realy need for my specific condition. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Nick Ing is the best physical therapist in town. It’s evident from his work that he cares deeply for his patients and their recovery as it relates to their activity and profession. Nick is also just pleasant to be around. Nick helped me recover both from knee surgery and a bicycle hit and run. As a local athlete, I’ve never felt better after his help! Thank you to Nick and the tire NH team for all they do! ✨

Nick, PT, and Emma, PTA, were great to work with. I first hobbled in on crutches and a boot with a lot of anxiety. They are very comforting and knowledgeable. They made a tough recovery process enjoyable and would definitely recommend!

I came in thinking I had muscular atrophy but Nicholas Ing was able to properly diagnose and help me with the proper stretching and strengthening exercises. With time and effort I expect a full recovery.

I have seen Liz at New Heights on and off for a couple of years. When I finally needed surgery, she referred me to the surgeon, who completed my fusion. Not only is she a great PT but very knowledgeable about local surgeons. When I was ready for PT post-surgery, I returned to New Heights for mobility and strengthening. I would not hesitate to recommend New Heights PT to anyone needing to see a physical therapist.
