This location has particularly unhelpful employees that act like its burden to assist you. Multiple times I have asked to see a product and they’ll say “it’s all the same it’s shatter” or recently they gave incorrect pricing off the top of their head stating they are “bad at math” and that “the menu was right there in front of me” and “that I should have looked”. Even when questioned at the register they confirmed the price of each product and said the over charge was “taxes” when I was actually told the wrong prices.

Had such an amazing experience at this location today! Incredible customer service. And outstanding deals. We went in for my man's birthday and left feeling very well taken care of. And the woman who helped and got us set up with rewards had the most amazing vibes! Will definitely be back ?

The manager had an attitude from the moment I walked in. When I asked why there were 3 different prices for the same product she responded very rude and then she said ‘I’m not helping you’ because I told her she was being rude to me, the customer.

This is my favorite shop in the area. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable, especially Matt and Brandon who always give great service and have a lot of knowledge. They've got good deals and a cool rewards program. I do wish that they had the budget flower in one gram options because your kinda forced to buy an eighth of you only have a couple bucks to spend and are looking for flower. But their dab and concentrate menu is great and they have a bit flower selection otherwise. They also have a ton of really cool glass and smoking pieces and accessories and the shop is set up nice with a good selection of everything.

They got good bud. The budtenders are polite tho they tend to stick with the script, probably as an effect of corporatization. For chill vibes check out natural remedies.
