I work 6 days a week, my only day off is Monday. So, Sunday I checked their site and the first thing I see is "Closed opens 830.." so I think great I'm gonna get there right when they open. And I do and there are a couple of cars in front of me and then it gets like 840am and they are not opening. So I start looking around and the sign says "Closed Monday! " This is not obvious on the website and you all need to fix that cuz I'm not the only one that showed up there this morning. MY ONLY DAY OFF!! And now I have to get up again tomorrow to get there early and get my tags before work. You all suck

They move vehicles through very efficiently. Paying $25.00 dollars for 2 years seems like a great deal for keeping the air clean. Plus I don't have to wait at DMV cause they take of my registration at the same. Now that's good government!

Their credit card machine processing was down, so they were taking cash only. Perhaps because of this, there was basically no line at all. Quick and easy to do, just unexpectedly cash only. Friendly and helpful staff.

I arrived early and was the 10th car in line. When they started letting cars in, the wait was pretty short. The technician was pleasant and professional. I was done in a very timely manner.

I lost my paper that comes in the mail, and I was able to get an emissions test for $25 and I can renew my car online or at the DMV. It was in and out, no line this time. I went right before Christmas. ??

Arrive early.. the lines do move fast.. they run like 4 or 5 lanes of checking. Have your insurance and registration. They don't take personal checks. They do take plastic.
