Always dead and still 3+ people deep at the register most times cause of how low they staff their stores
$8 for a bunch of asparagus is double the cost of their competitors, and this reflects widespread gouging in the store.
Also they closed their bathroom to the public.
I only go here when I have no other choice.

Friendly customer service and fresh organic produce. Also the best place for vitamins and supplements. Great store!

Don’t let customers use bathroom to wash hands? Such a terrible experience with workers in this location. Definitely will never come back.
Also they told me go to the safeway across the street, they just lucky I was in the company t-shirt and just tried to buy a lunch.
I’m very impressed how so called organic grocery store could provide good food and terrible experience

Our experience was incredibly positive! During checkout, my daughter picked up some stickers, and without realizing it, we left one behind. As we walked down the side street to our car, the kind cashier who had helped us came out just to give back the sticker. It was a wonderfully unexpected gesture of exceptional service that I haven't seen at any other grocery store lately.

I came in to get change for a $100 bill i recieved from a store nearby just hours before. (Even showed them the receipt from that store once I realized what was going on). They treated me like I was a criminal right away. The inexperienced clerk called a manager over where he then made a huge scene in front of everyone. Even though the pen test passed. He told me sorry we don't make change. So I grabbed a candy and he tells me the water mark looks off. Disgusted I left and went to Safeway and got treated better by far. I will Never shop here again. I get that this is a high crime area but you don't treat everyone like a criminal. The manager at the very least should have had more class than this. Especially at a high end grocery store. I wouldn't have given them any stars had it let me.

Definitely won't be back. There are a handful of things a large store should be required to have, and not having a bathroom available for the people spending money (especially when the store is that overpriced) is unacceptable. Do better.
