One hundred percent ?
Although some of the goods are not that complete, I still bought a lot of things I need.

I have known of MUJI since I was a kid in Asia. MUJI means "No Brand, Nice Stuff". It has well designed and well made items from clothing to stationery (mostly made in Japan) and houseware. The aesthetic is very Japandi (Japanese Scandinavian) and prices are very good. The store is a bit of a maze but it's well lit and well designed. There is a robotic coffee stand as well. I love it.

Love it. I stocked up on refills because they are great, and I love they actually have them readily available. I love the paper of their notebooks, too. Fun store, great for browsing or buying home goods, particularly stationery/office goods. I always go when in Portland.

Like Muji ! Somehow they did not help me to understand the discount activity. And they have so many people but only one was do the payment. So I did not dare to let tons of people behind me to wait. Paid full price. Maybe you could have more clear instructions for discount process. Also if your people do not want to do payment work, add an auto machine is a good idea.

I've lived in Japan, and this place seems exactly like how you'd find it in Tokyo. Their prices are on the higher side. My wife loves this store.

Muji is an amazing store for everything from clothing and stationery to kitchenware and travel accessories. It's one of my go to shops in Portland and absolutely worth a visit.

Excellent concept and experience. A different concept that covers clothing, bathroom and kitchen items, stationery and even a robot that makes coffee

I would give 5 stars for the store itself and most of the sweet employees. However the assistant store manager long black hair. She was so rude to me. I had been saving this store visit for a special treat to myself. I asked the store manager if I could keep my heavy shopping bag from other shops behind the counter while I shopped. She said no but in a super rude way and made me feel less than and unwelcome. Although the store is cute it is overpriced and I had planned to settle into the store really experience it and drop some cash. I was just surprised that they wouldn’t try to make the shopping experience more comfortable for customers maybe they make so much money. They don’t actually have to provide any service, but in any case I will not be going back.

I would have given this place 5 stars for the products, concept and ambiance, but was so insulted by the way my wife and I were treated during our visit that we won’t be returning and will be telling our social networks not to bother either.
We had already spent money in their store and were still shopping around, occasionally taking photos of products and displays we liked. Suddenly, and out of nowhere, an armed security officer showed up and told us that there was no photography allowed in the store.
Nevermind that we had never once been told this by any staff working there. Nevermind that there is not a single sign saying this (we double-checked as we left). Nevermind that everyone else in the store was doing the same damn thing (look at all the photos in these reviews!). We were singled out when no one else was. If you want to prevent photography in your store, put up a sign! We would have followed it. Don’t treat your paying customers like criminals.

A nice store for basic goods. A little expensive, but I am hoping the dress I bought will last a while. I did notice that the employees are quite aware of you and are watching you- so if you’re a person that’s going to complain about something like that- be aware. I am sure they have a lot of theft. I am pretty excited that they have basic cotton leggings, so I definitely be back for some of those!
