My dog was terrified to walk around in the store but everyone was so patient and sweet to him and we had such a positive experience. The dog food prices were very fair and I’ll be restocking every month from this store from now on.

Fantastic place for pets and their owners, my cat and I love that they offer a 5% discount on canned food if you buy over 12 cans!

All the staff were so kind and attentive - I got what I needed and was cashed out within minutes! I had lovely conversations with those working, and I'm sure my cat will be thrilled about the complimentary treats! Side note: as a nonbinary person, I really appreciated not being referred to with gendered language! It made me feel seen!

The employee who assisted me was all about listening carefully to my all-too-vague requests regarding a good cat toy for our idiosyncratic cat Rose, and she didn't give up on me after I shot down some of her suggestions based on the toys Rose had already grown weary of. I wound up buying more stuff for both of our furry friends because this employee was so kind, patient, friendly and helpful.

I walked in today with a child in arms I was immediately greeted but multiple employees and then right after was offered assistance in carrying my large(r) bag of dog food. Very kind offer since holding a 13 month old + large bag of food can be difficult. I was shown where the food I needed was, food brought up, rang out and placed in the trunk of my car all in less than 2 minutes. Fantastic.

Mud Bay provides a stunning alternative to big-box pet stores. Most of the products are natural-leaning, and some of them (including many of the toys) are even sourced from the Pacific Northwest. The staff is always kind and accommodating; they're great for answering questions! Also, I love that treat samples are usually given out with every purchase.

My dog loved coming here because they would give her testers and until she passed away, she became completely hooked on their freeze dried lamb liver treats, we ended up buying a large stock as to not run out, ever.I miss coming in here for her to sniff about and picking up something nice for herself, it's fun to watch a dog shop around.
