A little pricy compared to mens wearhouse. Service while getting fitted was fine and paid for the suit in full. Went to pick up my suit before my event and they ended up charging me more for extra days because there was a miscommunication on days i was renting. So all and all the suit was fine and it worked but the get you for every dollar that’s for sure. Almost double the price of suit rentals at men’s wearhouse.

While waiting to try on his suit for his brother's wedding, the girl working would not let my son use the rest room. She handed him the suit to try on, then walked away, seemingly never to return. 4 times I asked if she needed/wanted to make sure the fit was correct before he took it off, before she said no- she gave incomplete information about the return day and time. Surprisingly horrible customer service, from someone who seemed to have a extremely high opinion of herself. Good news that we won't be needing to rent any more formal men's attire any time soon!

I went into Mr. Formal early this morning to find a suit. When i got there Pam helped me out. She did all the measurements and picked out an amazing suit for me and i didn’t feel uncomfortable.

Great selection, totally fair price, excellent service. They took good care of me to ensure this wrinkled old grey haired body I now carry around looked the best it could for a family wedding. Still old, but well dressed, really sharp! Still dancing I might add!

Amazing selection, SUPER helpful customer service. I came in needing a suit for a wedding, having never worn a suit before and the ladies there were very informative and helped me find what I needed and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the suit looked and fit.

Such a great store! I came in needing a suit, pants, shirt, and tie and it probably took me no more than an hour and a half from walking in the door to walking out with my formal wear after alterations. Bailey was a great help and was very understanding of my urgent need for the formal clothes I purchased. Prices are good too. I recommend this store if you’re looking to rent or buy good quality formal wear at a good price.

My fiancé and I came in looking to rent a suit same day nervous since it was only days from our elopement day. We walked out with the suit we were dreaming of for our wedding day on the oregon coast. We ended up going with purchasing the suit since it was so perfect. Bailey helped us, and she’s also the one who suggested the sage color green suit be added to the inventory, so we are so grateful for that! ? Lexi hemmed the pants in record timing and we were in and out with the perfect fitting suit ready to go within an hour!
