This is the 2nd time I have used move 4 less in the last 3 months and this time Victor and Chris were my movers. They are professional, very efficient and take great care of your belongings. I couldn't be more happier with this company! The office staff to the movers are 5 start!!! I highly recommend them!

I have used them twice. First time they marked up a wall. A little paint no big deal. Second time I used them they took a hand truck up my stairs, four times. They scratched up the wooded stairs and left tire tracks the vertical portion of the steps. Evidently and empirically the they pulled and dragged the loaded hand truck/dolly up up the staircase(see pictures).Move 4 Less claims they didn't do this. Calling me and my wife a liar! I was than told that they aren't responsible for damages even damages do to negligence! In addition, they have a four hour min. Including travel time. The job was to unload a partially loaded pod. They took rushed the job and was done in about an hour . Slam and go.

I wanted to post the response from the move4less company to my yelp review. I posted the original review a few days ago outlining my experiences with them. Sept 7,2023 I had them move me across town. The movers were polite and nice and new to the job. I told them to put the boxes in the rooms labeled on the boxes they placed most in the garage and not the rooms. After the move I realized this and that my China hadn't been moved so they went back and got the china set, I was informed the boxes would also be moved into the house from the garage, the china was delivered however the guy didn't know about moving the boxes. And they were not moved. A week later I called to ask if they had seen a sound bar of mine and they had it ,it was left on the truck, no one from move4less had contacted to tell me they had my item. They did return that and again said the boxes would be moved to the rooms. Again the employees did not know about the boxes and said I'd have to call the office. I then asked for a refund of an hour for the job not being done right and an hour for my time in trying to get it corrected. The response was I had to pay for an hour to send someone out to move the boxes. Then I posted a negative review and the office responded with the attached text messages.now I just want a refund for the 2 hours. Their offer is quid pro quo and bullying when this could have been resolved in a day with good communication skills between the management and movers. Problems and company integrity start at the top of company chain. This company failed.

This is the absolute worst company you could ever deal with please do not a do not book with them! They lost 10 of my boxes in my move and did nothing for me and their claims is an absolute joke! We had 10 boxes full of very valuable memorabilia, and the claims department wanted to give us $18 for it. It's a joke.! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI am a hairstylist and I will be telling ALL MY clients about this awful company

If you care about your furniture, do NOT use Move 4 Less. We tried to talk to them about our issues, but they refused to acknowledge the terms in their own contract. They damaged almost every piece of furniture that we had in our move:- Huge gouge across the top of a vintage family heirloom table- Major puncture through the leather in our couch- Chipped corners and edges on vanity- Punctures through dining chairs- 90% of the rest of the furniture had scratches all over it.I noticed when they got to my new home they had an entire stack of moving blankets in the truck. However, they did NOT use even a single one! They then proceeded to rush as quickly as possible carrying multiple pieces of furniture at once. At one point, he carried my vintage table above his head while carrying a dining chair at the same time. Guess what, both of those pieces ended up being damaged, among the doorways in my new home as well. The kicker is that they have a three hour minimum (which makes sense for a moving company), but instead of actually taking 3 hours for the move, they rush as quickly as possible. They completed our move in under 3 hours, including drive time, but still overcharged us for the total estimate of 5 hours despite all the damage. Then they can go do another job and rush through that one while getting paid for both. Their only job is to move things from point A to point B with damage, so why not just use the time that we are paying for to complete the move safely?Trust me, do not use this company. I wish I could go back in time and use another mover.

Price was reasonable. The staff was responsive to our needs and moving date. The moving crew was quick and efficient loading the truck. At our new home, the unload crew knocked over two stacks of our belonings in the truck. They destroyed a large Scandanavian design file cabinet and tall shelving unit, several boxes that contained well packed framed art work, along with scratching the paint on the front door of the house. We did not buy the upgraded insurance. They didnt pay for $2000.00 worth of damage. Worst part was the unload crew hid some of the damaged items behind other unloaded items and we did not discover the damage office furniture for days. You decide. I personally dont recommend or get some extensive insurance.

Was quoted 576$ for a move. They moved all my stuff and decided to ask for payment before finishing unloading. That 576$ turned into 900$ because " you had more than 15 boxes from your apartment and 15 boxes from your 10x10 storage unit and you pay the travel time from when we leave the warehouse" I went from a 1100sqft 2/2 to 1400sqft 2/2 how would I EVER say I only had 30 boxes?! They then held my stuff hostage until i I paid that 900$ in full. They had my military awards, half my bed frame, boxes of collectibles worth thousands (that were conveniently labeled with the exact contents so they KNEW they were valuable, 2 couches, an entertainment center, my fathers chest from the Holocaust/WW2, and boxes. At least 1/3 of the truck. They stacked heavy on light items marked fragile and ruined my new dining room table. Boxes are destroyed along with God only knows how much broken stuff. They claim that they will call Monday to discuss the fact that I was quoted wrong which they admitted, but I won't hold my breath. It's fantastic to know they treat 100% disabled veterans like this and basically bait and switch when I'm in a position where I can't physically move myself anymore. I will absolutely NEVER recommend them. They are a scam.pictures of the movers and truck while they argued about unloading the stuff they were holding hostage. Also they decided they'd blow up my master bathroom without even asking if they could use it first, just took a massive dump and left it disgusting. I should have known that was a sign for the continued poop I'd be dealing with during my move.I have now filed a formal complaint with the BBB, the Nevada transportation authority and the FMCSA, and the ATA. Trust me when I say that they have no idea what they're in for.

Everybody hates that time when you move houses. I look at it as a good time for Spring cleaning. Take what you need and sell/donate the rest. I spoke with some people that still had boxes from their last move (7-10) years ago, probably don't need those items if you haven't used them in 7-10 years. The wife and I researched movers online and called a few companies for quotes. Move 4 Less had a good rate and even cheaper during the week. 3 hour minimum fee. We packed our small items up and prepped the large items we would need help with. The movers came with 3 guys. And had a truck with a lift gate that could handle 2k pounds without issue. Yes, I have a huge toolbox full of tools that weigh way too much. They brought moving blankets and tape and bubble wrap for glass items. At 1-1/2 hours into the move we wrapped it up and headed to the new house. Smooth move :-). Unloaded in less than time that we loaded the truck. Glad to say no issues with any of the flat screens or furniture. Tip: cash or debit only so be prepared.Note: They do include 1/2 drive time on top of the minimum/hours they move you. Also no shoe booties were used, they would have if we provided them. No worries, need to vacuum and clean up anyways. Only complaint would be if they could use clean gloves, lots of finger prints all over both houses to clean up after the move.

They did such a great job. I was amazed by how quick and how organized they were. They make impossible possible! I wasn't the one who paid but if I did, I would've tipped them so much more. 100%!!!

Incredible customer service from the very first call and remained that way throughout my entire experience! I do forget the names of the two gentlemen that actually did my move but they were on time and very fast, completed my entire move in just two hours.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Sent out an estimator and estimated south of $1,100 to complete a full move. Prior to the company coming out, I handled a bunch of things that they were initially going to do (packaged up several rooms so they only had to move boxes and not actually package up the whole house as initially planned) - so the timeframe allotted should have gone down for common sense reasons (I did a bunch of the labor they were going to do). INSTEAD --- they took additional time and charged me almost $600 more than initially quoted. It was a complete bait and switch. A small change in time is understandable, but with a company that sends out an estimator, you would expect them to be pretty spot on. Don't mind the fact that a supervisor showed up and made them move their vehicle to a more appropriate location (YES I PAID FOR THEM TO CORRECT THEIR INABILITY TO PARK). They also scratched my big screen TV and misplaced supports for my king bed, and my warranty is now voided out (Walker Furniture warranty). When asked to return them or make it right, they claimed they could not find them, and offered a $50 credit. It's one thing for a company to have a bad day, it is another to not make the situation right. Take your money elsewhere.

We had a Sunday morning moving appointment between 8a-10a. The foreman called around 8:30a saying they were 15-30 mins away, which was great timing. Our 2 movers, Hayden and Austin, were great! They got right to work packing up the truck. Once we were packed up, the drive to the new house was about 25 mins away and they got there within the gps timeframe. The unloading of the truck was seamless and they were gentle with all the items. We were very pleased with their service!

AVOID IF YOU WANT UNBROKEN ITEMS!!! I honestly wish I could leave zero stars. From the very beginning they were unprofessional. Quoted 3 packers and they only sent 2. The two men they sent showed up with attitudes and were very rude. I paid for packing as an added on service and the guys left tons of things behind that I had to go back and tell them to pack up. On the day of delivery to my new home the driver/mover that showed up barely spoke any english and kept getting angry with me that there was a miscommunication on THEIR end about payment needing to be paid before items can come off of truck. Once the two men start unloading I notice that tons of my boxes look beat up and busted open and my dresser is falling apart. They didn't even try to put it back together. Once I begin unpacking I notice that I am missing my son's tray for his high chair (valued at $110) I call and they offer me $25 for reimbursement. If you care about how your items are delivered and dealing with people who want the best for their customers then please look elsewhere.
