Motel 6 Portland, OR – Central is a very basic, clean, very budget hotel. Staff are nice and friendly, often going above and beyond. Guests can enjoy coffee in the office each morning. The location is walkable, with Safeway and an Italian restaurant nearby; a cool anarchist flower shop is also close. Rooms are as expected—nothing bad, nothing great—featuring decent TV channels. The hotel is secure and comfortable, even though the surrounding area has some homelessness and substance abuse issues. It is quiet at night, allowing peaceful rest. Pets are welcomed, and staff remain friendly and nonjudgmental. Overall, the motel offers a chill, cool place to stay with friendly people and good accommodations.
Very Basic, clean, very budget, staff were nice, coffee in the office in the morning.
Walkability: I am okay with walking, restaurants near by. I don't go out at night. Mainly because I'm old. Anyway, it is what it is. Safeway easy walking distance. Italian restaurant.

I gotta say Portland is well weird to say the least but this Motel is always a good place to stay when here Accomodations are on point people are friendly the staff including Jenifer and Juana are amazing their keeping the place as nice as they can for the area its in my room looks like it was newly renovated all in all... read full comment
