We had the pleasure of working with Natalie James after sifting through a few referrals. We knew instantly that we wanted to to work with her as she explained SO much of what we needed to know in a way that we - first time home buyers - understood.
She is incredibly articulate, knowledgeable, and encouraging. We didn't have an easy path to securing our home, but Natalie was creative and positive every step of the way!
Everyone on our team (realtor, co-signers...) were all so grateful to have her as a resource. We appreciate her communicative strengths and attribute our amazing win of property to her efforts!

Natalie knows her stuff! She really made things personal for us and she was so thorough, it was surreal! this company called me multiple times, each time I told them I was not interested at this time. I asked to be taken off the call list and the rude associate said no and hung up on me. very very poor customer service. I would never use a company that allowed their employees to be rude and continuously call a potential customer when they have made it abundantly clear that they aren't interested.

They have their people call 5 times a day. When you tell them you are not interested they are rude and hang up on you and continue to harass and call. Horrible customer service. Rude inconsiderate people. You couldn't pay me to do business with them.

Tom and his team are exceptional! We have used them twice, once to purchase a home and once to refi. Both times were effortless and couldn't have gone smoother. Everyone is very helpful and available to answer questions. They work very fast to ensure your loan closes quickly. I've already recommended friends and family to Tom!

Great to work with as an agent. He is on top of the transaction the entire time. You never have to worry about whether your buyer is going to close because you just know, with Christian, they will. He ensures the buyer is solid before you ever make the offer and keeps them on track throughout the entire process. You always know where you stand when he's on your team.

The loan officers that have contacted my HOA are very unprofessional in correspondence. A please and thank you would be a good first step. Not using all caps to get a point across is another. And realizing that people you are working with have actual day jobs.

Ryan handled my loan and through each step they were condescending and trying to force me to do unnecessary things. Even forcing me to consolidate a student loan in order to get more money when no other lender did any such thing. I applied at 3 different Mortgage lenders and this one was by far the worst. They didn't offer to help me as a first time home buyer, bur rather they tried to take advantage. Thankfully my loan is not through these people!!! AVOID!!!
