I am a bit late writing this, but I have to tell you how amazing this place is! Back in June, I drove to Portland from northern Idaho, for a concert and to get a new tattoo. After staying the night at a hotel, I woke up to my car having been broken into, and the back window completely smashed in. I had intended to drive back home that day, and so I started calling around to some shops. Luckily, Mobile Auto Glass said that they could get me in immediately. From the moment I walked in I received AMAZING customer service! After giving them my keys, I walked to grab a quick breakfast and my car was ready before I even got back to the shop (easily within 40 minutes). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a window replaced!!

Updated Feb 2024:Came back after trying to figure out a water leak and eliminating one thing after another. They definitely back up their guarantee and assessed the windshield for water leaks. No leaks coming from the windshield. Great!The owner checked and said it's the sunroof hose and he'll get it fixed Now...the real test if it's fixed... Will update if the problem persistsService is backed up but after leaving the car for almost a day, still waiting.Original post Jun/Jul 2022:Quick service amidst the busy lot. Plenty of customers getting their windows and windshield replacement done. Windshield done within 2 hrs, price within competitive range (SUV windshield for $285, Safelite quoted 400, so definitely shop around!)So far so good with the windshield replacement. True test comes when it rains.

Great service and very fast. This is unfortunately the second time I have had to use their service after car prowling in my neighborhood, but both times they had my vehicle restored the same day as the incident.

I had my driver's side window broken out the day the frozen rain started. My daughter and I got the window covered just in time. Mobile Glass were willing to come the next day. The work was done quickly and all glass was cleaned up. If anyone needs car windows replaced I highly recommend them for the job.

I came here six months ago and was serviced within an hour. I had the same issue (broken car window) again today. My car insurance tried for an hour and I tried for a half hour myself to find someone to replace my window asap.It was near 5:30pm in the evening and these guys took care of me asap. They had even offered to come to where I lived and do it on sight at no extra charge.There is good service and then there is Mobile Auto Glass. These guys really set the bar!

Drove over from Bend on a Saturday and got a chip in my windshield I didn’t want to get worse! Called Mobile Auto Glass and they were super kind, helpful, honest and billed my insurance no problem. In and out within 30 minutes. Thank you guys so much!
