EXCELLENT customer service here.
First time home owner, a complete rookie to home renovations but the team at the Farmington Miller Paint was so helpful and patient, walking me through all of the different sheens and their intended uses. Getting me set up with the proper equipment, and even offering some basic technique tips.
Miller Paint is who I will be using for life, and I will frequent this store specifically as much as I can!

The best place to go! All employees are true professionals to guide you through your project. From paint and stain matching to application advice, there is no where better. Even our painters purchase their paint here because the products are top quality and hold up to warranties. Only complaint is the hours - I wish they were open later during work days and longer weekend hours so folks who aren’t professional painters can have more access to this location of experts outside of standard working hours.

OMG why did I ever buy paint at the big hardware store? The customer service at the actual paint store is amazing. No more chasing an employee around Home Depot trying to get an employee's attention. The prices are better to boot.

Absolutely, hands down the best service in the area. I visited the Sherwin Williams and the Benjamin Moore down the street and wasn’t even greeted by anyone after 10 minutes in the store. I’m glad I made my third stop here - it’s true what they say, third times the charm. I was greeted with a smile upon entry and was helped by their amazing staff who pointed me the right direction when it came to my samples.When I came back the next day (on a Saturday), I showed up to their door RIGHT at closing and was sad to see they were closed on Sunday. They still slipped me in and got me everything I needed so I was able to finish my project that weekend.10/10 would hands down recommend this place to anyone wanting great, local service!

Love it. Great professionals who know why they are doing. Always friendly, best paint. Many miller stores take your old paint no matter where you bought it - just because they care for the environment. I don't think Home Depot or other big box stores do that.
