Piss poor customer service! I came here based on a recommendation, and was unable to find what I was looking for. But that's not the problem here. The lack of genuine customer service that I received was beyond atrocious. I was basically waved off in the general direction where I might find what I was looking for, and another employee was extremely rude to me on the way out the door. I am beyond sick and tired of the lack of basic common decency and respect from what I noticed of the employee base to be basically the very same type of customer base that I dealt with working for Natural Grocers for 3 years. These employees were just as uppity and entitled as the old, rich, entitled white women that I had to cater to for many years as a retail employee myself. I wouldn't be surprised if these women just work there as something to do in their retirement because they have nothing else better to do with their time. These women probably don't even need the job because they come from a generation where they didn't have to work, and every benefit and privilege was served to them on a silver platter. The very same generation that keeps moving the goalpost for their children and grandchildren because they don't want them to have the same benefits and privileges that they did in their youth. Do better! BE better!

Large store! They have a good selection of fabric for just about any craft. There's not a lot of notions but they carry the essentials. Surprisingly, a lot of buckles and connector type of notions. The prices were about the same as Joanns. Plenty of parking. They only lack in customer service. There's plenty of staff. All but one lady ignored me but she was funny! Next time I'm in town, this place is definitely worth stopping again.

Fabulous selections of fabric, even for my hard-to-find matches. Bunny was SUPER helpful and informative, I was able to find everything I needed for my sewing projects. She offered lots of suggestions for me based on my needs, and was so very patient, willing to lead me all around the store so I could find the best matches for my project!

There were so many fabric options! Staff were so friendly and easy to approach. Prices seemed higher than Joann’s but I think the large selection of fabrics make up for it.

Shocked at the prices. Over $16 for name brand quilting fabrics which is $3-4/yd more than even Portlands "boutique" sewing stores. Mill ends used to be excess from fabric manufacturers and this store doesn't sell the latest collections so must still be selling actual mill ends. I try to buy locally but can't pay an extra 20%.
