Sabrina is GREAT! Besides giving me the maybe best haircut I've ever had, she is a pleasant and caring person who is a joy to spend that hour with. My double cowlick is challenging but she has mad styling skills and did a wonderful job. Plus the overall atmosphere is light, fresh and relaxing. I usually hate, hate, hate the hair cut experience but I love this place and the people!

Scarlett is amazing! She has transitioned my pandemic black-dyed hair into my natural hair beautifully. I give her name and salon to every stranger complimenting my hair. Everyone at this adorable salon are lovely. True Portland experience with parking availability!

Anelisse is so sweet and very skilled! I have curly hair and she never disappoints me when I go in for a basic cut or trim. She's also done blonde highlights for me that turned out great. She's got reasonable prices, and the salon is cute.

Sabrina cut my hair and gave me front bangs and layers. The cut was PERFECT and Sabrina was a true joyful and caring person. Within 10-minutes of talking to her, I felt like I knew her my whole life! Very friendly staff and top notch quality!

I had bleached my hair with balayage and it was literally the most awful my hair has looked lol. Scarlett was amazing. She did a root color and lightening and color correction. It was well worth the money and I will be recommending her to all of my friends. She's so fun to talk to as well. Thank you Scarlett!

I went to Hallie for a bob haircut for the first time, she fixed my bad haircut I got from another place. Hallie is professtional, fun, and lovely. She askes a lot of questions before she works on your hair and listens to you when you make a comment or request. The place itself is very chill and cute and I had wonderful time. Needless to say, I will be a long time client to Hallie from now on.Service: Haircut

Whenever I visit a new place, I am always worried about sensory overload. This salon will not give you sensory overload. It's cozy and warm atmosphere - a place where neurodiverent folks can relax and be particular about their wants. Scarlett Rasor is a goddess of hair. The first words she uttered were "I did a good job" to her previous client, and I immediately relaxed under her confidence. Scarlett understood what I wanted with my spoken likes/dislikes about my hair, and what I wanted to change. She asked leading questions, and created a masterpiece with my cut. 48 hours later - I'm even more in love with my hair. I cannot wait for future visits with her.

I love Scarlet she's always done my hair so well weather it's platinum or copper and her pricing inclusive and fair. The salon is adorable and I love the homey feel, lighting, and atmosphere. I would recommend this place and definitely try to schedule with Scarlet if you can.

Time once again for my regular visit with my amazing hairstylist, Hallie. A cut, color and styled to perfection. I've lucked out to find such a great hair salon. If you are looking for a stylist, I highly recommend Hallie and the team here at Splendor on 13th.
