The male sounding employee that answered my said that I had to come in to get the answer to my simple question.I had called multiple times before anyone answered my calls. It was 15 minutes until they closed on a Sunday. They even picked up and then immediately hung up. So instead of just taking a minute to answer I got the unprofessional treatment. The person sounded younger. Maybe they just wanted to get off work asap instead of taking time to assist a customer. Young people often do that. I remember the feeling of watching every second of the clock as a teenager. But I never did what was done to me. Customers are why people have jobs. If people working with customers directly cannot respectfully and professionally care about the customers then maybe it's better for both parties if the employees find a different job that doesn't have anything to do with customer service.

I was a manager for this company, they have a 500% markup on items and still have not paid me for my hours worked. and they have employees posting fake reviews.

I never have a bad experience, usually everyone is so helpful and so for all of my problems have been solved with out issue . The staff is really funny everytime i go in it’s a fun time. Great company can’t beat the prices. Sign up for ACP save you some money ?

Wow, I never write reviews but the extreme poor customer service I received today from everyone in the store besides the woman with the long green hair deserves a review. I came in 2 days prior and upgraded to a brand new iPhone 14 (only because the plus wasn’t available) last night the phone froze on the same screen for over 5 hours and has been overheating on the charger that came with the phone.. so I take it back to the store hoping to return it or reach some other resolution and was told there wasn’t anything they can do and to call 611. I politely asked the young lady I was speaking with if she was the store manager and if I could speak with them due to her not taking the time to actually explain what was going on. She was very short with me and I wasn’t convinced that I couldn’t return a phone I purchased 2 days prior with a receipt. The woman with heavy makeup helping other customers responded in a sharp tone that she was the manager and was helping people (as if I couldn’t see that) I said I would wait for her. Then she began telling her employees to highlight customers without insurance and refer to them as “no insurance” they began laughing and i quickly realized speaking with her wasn’t going to provide me with anymore answers. Frustrated as I turned to leave I said (and maybe I shouldn’t have) Man, you guys sure are unprofessional. The manager responded with “bye!” And said “come back here and see what happens” after speaking with 611 and then assuring me I should be able to return the phone especially since I purchased it at the location and asked me to put the phone on speaker so she can speak to them herself. The younger gentleman responded “ do I look like I work for apple? That’s where you need to go” amongst other completely condescending and downright rude comments. I made the choice to turn around and walk away and write this to hopefully save the next human from this extremely poor experience. Wish I never got the phone. Don’t go here!

Make sure you get in there well before closing because everyone heads in there around within a half hour of closing time, and it sure gets backed up.

Wow, why did I ever leave this company in the first place? Very nice and they know the products and I have always walked out with the phone that meets my needs and more. This was easy, fast and service is \"outstanding\" . I recommend this place because it is a huge store with lots of different products from phones, tablets, accessories, chargers and even cases and screen protectors they have what you need to walk out of the store knowing you made the right decision and have working service immediately ! 4 paws up from me and it's been my go too forever, they have good deals for new customers and members! Be sure to look at the Metro PCs website to see the deal they are running usually it involves a free phone and tablet with certain criteria involved it's not out of reach and is in the customer's favor.

The Latino girl who work there will give you bad customer service, because she’s a racist person and she’s really rude about dealing with people customers especially. I would put zero Stars because of her. Metro need to fire her. No doubt, I love Metro itself but some people who work for Metro are really rude and bad. So, for this place zero stars because of the Latino girl or Mexican who work there.

Service wasn't great . The young woman who helped us was indifferent and definitely not in any hurry to leave the back room and help us. She was familiar with the process, at least, but could not answer my questions, said I would have to call customer service. We had two transactions -activate a phone with my SIM card and we set up a new line. We have multiple phone & tablet lines The process was fairly quick. But one phone does not work, has no service, I can make emergency calls only. The other phone is ok, except caller ID says it belongs to JP Patterson Jr. That's not my name . It's the closest store, so it's where I will go but I am definitely not thrilled to do so.

Convinient location staff are somewhat helpful when they decide to arrive from the backroom of store. The instore knowledge base of employees is lacking to say the least. Monthly Promotional advertising is usually the extent of their instore help. They should have more knowledge functionality of devices or service parameters.

I went there on Tuesday march to get a new line on a LG k40 phone that i bought from METRO PCS & this lady & her boyfie were busy hugging didn't even wanna attend to me the customer.Then eventually she attended to me only to say ohh my phone is too old to get a new line & I'll have to purchase a new phone!SMH so i leave cause i'm like huh???I go to the store on NE 122nd & they immediately help me out,didn't even take more than 10minutes & my phone was back on & working for a $40 plan,they even ended up using my old sim so i could save on my plan.Came to a quick resolution,this southeast store always mix business with pleasure & most of us don't have time to entertain this.

I went to to pick up my phone which didnt have everything with it and if they were doing there job im sure they would have noticed it and went to get a new phone and the guy kept playing on his phone texting ppl on snapchat and also they never answer there phone they just seem very unprofessional.
