2 new people in the St. Johns location. Very pushy in making a sale. Been coming here for 8 years and never been more disappointed.

Sketchiest tmobile ever. I told the rep my price range and there were ones shown on display much cheaper than the ones he pulled out and said were my options. I figured those were just what they had in stock so whatever. Wanted as much info out of me as quickly as possible. Had me call customer service for my account number and other info. Didn't really explain why I was doing what I was doing, kinda pushy. Customer service was confused and said I didn't need to give them the info they were asking for just to get a new physical phone (I already had tmobile on my old phone) and the in store rep (who had me call the line in the first place) immediately demanded I hang up and refused to talk to the person on the phone when the line agent asked to. I felt like something was off so I tried to leave (I had no product in hand and we did not solidify or sign anything) and they made their security guard stop me which was kind of scary! The security guard looked a little confused honestly but did stop me and said \\\"go talk to them.\\\" I told them I just wanted to leave and they then let me go. Obviously I am not continuing to use tmobile after this.

I can say that this was the absolute best experience I've ever had with Metro pcs! Jacob helped me with the replacement of my broken phone. It was insured, so I had to wait for it to be mailed to me.After it arrived, Jacob was very patient and professional as he helped me transfer all my information to my new phone. I felt like I scored a home with this young man!!!I'm retired and have worked in customer services the majority of my adult life and have been with Metro for many years.He is pure GOLD!!!

Horribly incense smell. Once my sinuses adapted we had a very long and annoying phone upgrade experience. The employee didn't seem to care about our product choice and kept insisting on showing us other phones. Left overall "meh" about my new phone purchase.

I would rate the service a Zero! There is new reps here, they are Rude! They do not appreciate customer loyalty, they make you wait and do not take first come first serve-They were smirking, laughing at customers while speaking their language (homeless folks) i thought that was distastefulVery Rude PERIOD!We are DONE with Metro, called into report them, went to Cricket, no hassle, upgraded, got a free phone all in 35 mins - after spending 2hrs at metro and all they could do is try to sell me a $300 phone??? Wth!.$%!@

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life!! The man working was no help at all I couldn’t even get him to call the main office for me to help me with my account! The man should be fired he’s lazy and doesn’t need to be working in customer service at all!

They sold me a $25 charging cable, but didn’t bother to tell me the cable was only compatible with their $30 cube. Oh, and they won’t let me return the brand new never used cable. I can only exchange it. What a scam.

Seems to always be either short-handed or staff isn't very eager to be helpful . Sometimes they just want to answer questions that aren't even close what is asked and only want to make a new sale .
