I would like to make a total complaint about your downtown store the man named Sean was completely awesome but your other employees that's new gives him no right at even being new I have pictures in my photos that are irreplaceable I just got at the formula erases of holding the winning trophy and everything and your person there he didn't have a name tag on and would not give me his name but he's the other person that was working with Sean and he was very terrible he's going to not bring money to your company he's going to take money from your company he wouldn't even look at my phone nothing was in my trash nothing was in my cloud everything was edited and that's not somewhere I want to stay this was a lifetime memory just completely taken away from me

Ashli was so helpful. I had some changes I had to make do to personal reasons made the whole experience easy and smoothly making extra calls on my behalf going above and beyond what is normally. Thank You so much for everything.

Husband got phone at this store and for over $200 I had to do my best to transfer his data from his old one - no help from store! Also never a peep about the ACP or whatever that could save us $30/mo. So overall I'm pretty disappointed with the service- also, even though there were lots of Motorola phones on display ( that's the brand we've had for our last 2 phones) there were none available, so he came home with some off brand I've never heard of- it remains to be seen if it's any good...

Need better management offering false and miss leading people for posted positions and they are fake and judgemental there staff are not nearly educated about products leaving you to figure it out on your own , and no bilingual staff and Do not know how to work with people with qualified and experience in phone technology and sales skills hopefully owner will hire better qualified management with professional support skilled staff that are not there just for pay and that really love and knows what they are doing.

Moses and Mo were two of the kindest phone network employees I’ve had to work with. They provided clear instructions and a positive attitude. Highly recommend switching to Metro PCS and going to the store downtown. Thank you both :)

Completely unhelpful. I went into the store today and asked about porting my number from Cricket to them. Additionally, I asked what the cost would be. The person in the store proceeded to tell me I was "going to be upset." I asked why, and he explained that they have had issues with numbers being ported over. I explained that I would be patient and would work out the porting of my number. He brushed that off, telling me I would still be upset. GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE. They will help you. The 122nd and Division store in SE is way more helpful.

The people who work in the metro pcs store in portland Oregon downtown are all good people and are very friendly. The service is good also.

I spent over $100 yesterday & Sadama with his closing rookie crew where answering private phone calls instead of assisting me THE CUSTOMER. When I addressed this to them he ended up calling his family brothers to try fight me literally because they were close to closing time & they were in a rush! As a Portland Native & a City Worker, this is far most WORST cell phone store in America!!They need to Re-train there workers or get people with good Customer moral support. Super unprofessional!1st & last time we coming there
