This review is for the T-Mobile retail store near Pioneer Courthouse Square in PDX. Our first visit in to this store and they were exceptionally helpful and kind. We were mainly helped by the manager Lee who went above and beyond to make sure our requests were taken care of, from porting a phone from another carrier to helping us with home internet. Patient, friendly, welcoming staff... have never had such a stellar experience in a cell phone store. I'd give 10 stars if I could, these folks are amazing. Thanks again for taking care of us.

Was very helpful when I went into their store and I couldn't get my first phone turned back on so I had to buy another whole complet phone with a new phone number but that's okay though i needed a new phone and new phone number

Daniel was the sales rep who helped me when I came into T-Mobile. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He did a great job and helped me get a new phone! I really enjoyed his help and patience as it was a very long process. Daniel walked me through all my options and made getting a new phone as painless as possible. Props to him!

They need help in customer service on the phone and the billing department. The billing department can not get your account accurate and on the are rude if you prove them wrong. I dropped them. Tired of the issues.

Friday I came to store to get a deal on switcher but the person denied to give phone instead when I forgot my wallet on counter he didn’t returned me. Representative stole my wallet and everything is recorded I request the management to see the recording of Friday around 6:50 to 7:15 I forgot my wallet and when I came back within a minute he refused to return it. I am going to file a complaint against the management.

I went into this store to set up a new Iphone I bought off Gazelle and transfer data from my piece of crap pixel 7 which I bought from them. There were 3 associates in there and three customers in there including me. My associate after already starting to help me needed help from another associate. That associate comes over to me and says data transfers take a long time and I am short staffed at the moment so I can't do this for you now and you need to go to another store. I said I don't see another customer waiting to be helped. But he would have anything to do with it and just told me to go to another store. After contacting tmobile on the phone it seems like a pretty straight forward process and if the associate in the store told me the same thing I would have been more then happy to go home and try it. I think people forget who the customer is and how they expect to be treated.

I think the CSRs name was DeAndre but he was awesome. Great customer service even after my card didn't work. Go here to get a great phone and great service!

All too often dropped calls, out of the blue dead spaces in urban areas with terrible cell coverage in rural areas.

We ordered Tmobile wireless internet only, we aren't interested in their phone service. We aren't really willing to pay high cell phone bills, we aren't that fond of phones. We heard absolutely nothing from them, when we finally were able to get an answer they just said the modem/router combo was on the way. It arrived and it was easy to set up. (even for a confirmed Luddite like me!) Initially, the range of the wifi was limited, even though the entire space is 650 sq ft. As the days went by our devices connected, even where the signal was weak just one wall and 20 feet away. Now my Roku devices are all receiving the signals well enough to function, but it took a while for the devices to do so. There are occasional momentary slower downloading events, in comparison to fiber-optic service. But they are fleeting at best. The Modem /Router initial setup requires the Tmobile App, but once up and running the sleek black unit displays no lights of any type, which is disconcerting at first, but it is a welcome change because the device is unobtrusive, even though it needs to be near a window. Centurylink, our former carrier, wasn't able to give us service in this building that literally recommends Centurylink in its welcome package. But if we signed an agreement to pay for new wiring to be run to our 5th-floor apartment if necessary, they'd send someone out. No, thank you! While I miss the lightning-fast fiber-optic speeds, T-Mobile Wireless Internet is an excellent choice, with one caveat, We live in Goose Hollow on a hillside. We overlook much of the city unobstructed, with very likely hundreds of cell towers near us, so our experience may be different than others.

customer service was uhg.... not great. Complete bait and switch, was expecting an offer that was listed online, this store is not honoring the very clearly listed online offers that are supposed to be redeemed instore. Manager was trying to tell me I was wrong and their website wasn't updated, went online to try and redeem the very similar but slightly more expensive offer and had no issues, other than I have to change my phone number .DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE AND WELLBEINGTyler was so incredibly helpful, so thank you Tyler
