Metro metrics is a great place to take your vehicle. They are the best mechanics.
Ron is very friendly and upfront with everything that needs to be done with your car.
I took my car there after a dealership. Could not figure out what was wrong. After 2 hours of them having my car, they fixed it ?

So happy with the service we get at Metro Metric. Ron is always friendly and very candid about what our older car needs. Prices are fair and you always know what to expect. Regular maintenance is the path to owning a car more economically, and we're so glad to have Metro Metric taking care of ours.

Not a down to earth shop like other reviews suggest. Expensive, very type A and unreasonably picky. If you’re a proletariat on a budget, go elsewhere. Recommends expensive parts and repairs for vehicles that are old and not worth much . Does not make sound economical recommendations suited to those with limited incomes. Will not work to get your vehicle back on the road in an affordable fashion. Go to a hole in the wall or / BIPOC shop! No shop is perfect, but at least they’re willing to keep your car on the road using economical means and won’t recommend that you drain your savings .

The crew at metro metric is awesome. They fixed an issue I’d gone to three different shops to figure out. They solved the problem timely and with actual helpful recommendations for a fair price. I’m so relieved I’ve finally found an honest, competent and helpful place to take my old truck to. I’m a customer for life now. You guys rule.

Went into metro metric with my is250 to have a dying car diagnosed; i had suspicions it was my alternator but just wanted to be assured, they told me it was only my battery and insisted they had tested my alternator, so i bought a new battery from them for 285, and two weeks later to no surprise the battery died again, i then replaced the alternator myself.

Ron and the team at metro metric are the best! Honest, reliable and professional. I don’t trust anyone else with my aging Mazda, from big repairs to oil changes. They won’t do work I don’t need and when I need it, they get it done fast and right.

Do you ever feel like an auto shop is trying to rip you off? Or that it's condescending to you because you're a woman? Or that it's attempting to sell you services that you don't actually need?You will NEVER feel that way at Metro Metric. When you call, you'll usually speak directly to Ron. He's a great dude. You may have to wait several days or weeks for your appointment, but it's worth the wait. Metro Metric will diagnose the problem with ease, and the repair price will be very reasonable. In some cases, they'll tell you that you don't even need to fix the problem at all.My husband and I have been using Metro Metric for several years, and they've been able to solve a bunch of issues on our Honda Element and Scion XB: starter issues, coolant issues, various error codes, etc. We also use Metro Metric for oil changes and routine maintenance. We can't imagine going anywhere else.
