I am a new customer with Mercedes Benz and felt so lucky to work with Ryan Kritz. He went above and beyond to help me make decisions. He explained all details for different cars that I was looking for and provided great insight. I greatly appreciate his support and service. He met with me several times and responded my questions via phone, text messages promptly post in-person meetings. I had been BMW customer for long time and now I switched to Mercedes Benz, purchased my GLC , thanks Ryan. Great place to purchase from. I traveled several hours to get a car here because they had exactly the one I wanted. They went out of their way to make sure it was available for me and ready to go so I wouldn't need to make any extra trips. The car and its features were explained well. Financing and paperwork was fast and painless, even with a trade. I think the entire process from driving up with my trade to driving away with my new car only took two hours. Dealership building itself was clean and comfortable with good drinks while I waited.

Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton has the best service department by far out of the three dealerships in the metro area. Andy is a great service advisor! They use a handheld pressure washer to clean the car, unlike the scratch-producing automated systems at Portland and Wilsonville.

It was a good experience purchasing a car from Mercedes Benz of Beaverton until 2 weeks later with an error on their end. I could go into a long rant about the situation but I’m just going to say I don’t recommend coming here to get a car. There’s other Mercedes dealers in the Portland area that would be better and more helpful, I’m sure. Oh and be careful with them washing/detailing the car because they will ruin the car like they did to the Mercedes I purchased and to my car I ended up getting back. Save your time and don’t come here.

It was a great experience bringing my car in for service. The staff is excellent, and the amenities are top-notch. My service advisor was Andy, but I've also had Ariel in the past. Both are great people.
