“It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ben to create a suit for me. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and his attention to detail was staggering. He took time to explain every step of the suit creation process, and we ended up with a finished suit that exceeded expectations. I will definitely be coming back to see Ben for any future suit needs.”

“I came in need of a suit for my wedding and had an amazing experience. Finally realized what a suit that actually fits me looks like and it looked incredible! Excellent work at a very good price. Highly recommend!”

304 SW 3rd Ave, Portland“This store is awesome. Throwback to a time and style of outerwear before REI. Salespeople smile and are helpful. Products are very timeless quality. You won’t find much gortex, and other hi-tech fabric clothes here. Think more classic cotton, wool, and waxed canvas outwear from Pendleton, Barbur, and Carhartt. Excellent selection of Levi’s and Wrangler jeans.”
“Great, great store! Awesome swimwear collection!!! Super friendly sales team. I was here yesterday and enjoyed my interaction with Wesley. I will shop here again when I am next in Portland.”
“I ordered a backpack online and opted for an in-store pickup which worked out to be quick and efficient (not counting the downtown parking shenanigans, but that's not these folks' fault by any means). The backpack seems well made, quite spacious, and reasonably priced as these things go.”
“I traded some older vintage Nike SB Dunks for 2 pretty sought after pairs. I'm across the country in CT and had concerns, like anyone would, about shipping my items to the store first. But I can tell you everything was top notch, I literally couldn't have asked for a better experience. The inventory they have is insane and the prices are solid for the quality. I've seen other stores charge more for worse condition. This will definitely be one of many transactions! ??????”

902 SW Yamhill St, Portland“My professional (Max) made the experience a super simple and convenient process. Very patient with me even when it was my first suit buying experience. Would recommend to anyone who is nervous making all the style choices.”
“I recently had my wedding in August but started the whole suit shopping process back in December 2023.
Wanted to do a custom suit for myself and my groomsmen, as it was a gift from me to them for all their support over the years.
As stressful as wedding planning goes, this was another thing that could be dreadful. My process wasn’t necessarily the easiest, but that was no fault to the Washington Square Indochino.
As I wanted a specific fabric, they told me to wait to see if it restocked, but they had no way of knowing if or when it would be back. I came back once a month to check, and come April, I started to get nervous and really force myself to come to the conclusion that the fabric wasn’t coming back anytime soon.
As I started the process, I was helped by Kaitlyn who made the already unpleasant experience much better. Guidingn me thru multiple different fabrics and making sure it was available, I had picked one. After measurements and the suit made, it got shipped. It ended up being way too transparent (like you could see EVERYTHING), I was again distraught and panicking. I emailed Kaitlyn and expressed my concerns. She was so helpful and said to bring the suit back and she would take care of it for me since she knew how much trouble I was going through and did everything she could to make my experience any better. She ended up allowing me to chose a whole different fabric and would make the all the suits again at no cost.
The new suit turned out everything I could’ve hoped for (ended up loving this much more than the original fabric I was waiting on). It was an amazing quality suit and even the groomsmen were impressed by it.
Huge shoutout to Kaitlyn and making my wedding that much easier to handle.”
“I LOVE Shwop and my daughters love it, too! Great quality. Novel idea of a 1:1 swap for members. I got a ton of compliments on my style, and Shwop is my biggest enabler! Super fun shopping experience! Marcy, the owner, is it delight!”
“I came into Portland, Oregon for a work conference and while walking around town I stopped in to see what Michael Allen's mens store had that was different. First, Jake Houston zeroed in what I liked within 10 minutes. He was the consummate professional. DIFFERENT I say because this haberdashery has exquisite taste in mens clothes. TY Jake for all your help!”
“The customer service from this company is outstanding. I had a small problem with a simply beautiful kendogi that I ordered and it was resolved immediately. The quality of work in my garment shows. Fran reached out to me even on a Sunday to make sure that I was completely satisfied. ありがとう”
“I worked with Joe and his team on creating one of a kind suit for my wedding. The attention to detail during the process from selecting fabrics, colors, patterns, and tailoring was perfect. The whole experience was spot on! Wildwood & Company did not disappoint! Their service was top notch and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend going to Joe and his team for your custom suit needs. Thank you again Wildwood & Company; I will return soon!

“From the start of the process to final execution, our experience with Duchess was stellar. Katie is a consummate professional and delightful hostess, making us feel so special and at home. The fabric, design, and details selection for our wedding suits was fun and exciting, the fittings and slight alterations were easy and well-done. We are so happy with our choice to use Duchess for our special day, and would recommend without hesitation.”
“Love DXL/Casual Male XL. They have everything I need, and more. The staff are helpful. I'm a Platinum member and wish I could get more perks other than the usual $15 to $20 Dollars off 100+ purchase. But it's still worth the drive and the spending.”
“Every time there's a good item here you guys delete it from your selection. Like the coveralls in any other color but beige now (I guess blue was too wild?). Is it because of the lack of imagination and fearfulness of men that you always gravitate towards the most boring option? you guys still make the best work pants.”

621 SW 5th Ave, Portland“I have known of MUJI since I was a kid in Asia. MUJI means "No Brand, Nice Stuff". It has well designed and well made items from clothing to stationery (mostly made in Japan) and houseware. The aesthetic is very Japandi (Japanese Scandinavian) and prices are very good. The store is a bit of a maze but it's well lit and well designed. There is a robotic coffee stand as well. I love it.”

8017 SE 13th Ave, Portland“This is exactly what you want from a thrift store! There is an excellent selection of vintage tees, jackets, and denim. Definitely some high quality pieces and hidden gems if you take the time to look. And everything is reasonably priced as well.”

1136 SW Alder St, Portland“This is my favorite store in Portland! They recently moved to a new “forever home” space in the West End, a block from their original location, and it brings so much warmth and life back to downtown Portland. This store used to intimidate me - the type of place where everything was so pretty but seemed like nothing that would actually look good on me. But I was so surprised once I actually tried something on to find how approachable the clothes were and how good they made me feel in my body. Yes, you are throwing down $$$ for these items, but they are one of a kind and will last a lifetime. I get so many compliments every time I wear a piece from here - Rachel Comey is my favorite line they carry!”
“I've been patiently waiting for the Tommy Bahama collector's item camp shirt ('24 Fin by Me). It is gorgeous. I was met by Ryan at your Bridgeport Village store. He was able to order it for me! I appreciated his professionalism. Thank you Tommy Bahama ??Long live the island life!”
“This long time small business is great! Staff and ownership are friendly and helpful. The store is overflowing with punk, goth, and rock-n-roll shirts, pins, patches, dresses, shoes, skirts, and tops. Not to mention the fun kitschy things like books, finger puppets, earrings, and other accessories that make awesome gifts!”
“Great shop! I’ve been shopping here for a little over four years, the selection is amazing and keeps getting better. They have a really good eye for unique, quality items you can’t really find anywhere else in Portland or even the county.”
“The most lovely and thoughtful, slow-fashion-centered clothing boutique I’ve ever stepped foot inside. Everything is sourced with care by Vajra, the owner, who is an absolute gem. Her and her staff are so helpful and passionate about their offerings. The art, the natural accents, the quality in clothing, create such a fun and satisfying experience. Can’t recommend it enough!”
“I just remembered this store. I love this place. I'm glad it's still around. You don't have any of those emo pants, do you? I never really cared for those. You know they were always too small for me and I really didn't like the low waist. Reminded me of women's pants. Anyway, I sure hope you still have sets of those vampire teeth. I need to get another set. My dog ate, my old set of, them ages ago. Will try to remember to call later. Then I can have you mail them to me, maybe? I sure hope you have those old picture frames. I always wanted the metallica shirt. Thanks for hanging in there. Best of luck to you.

“If you need larger size shoes, this is a good option. Only size 14 or larger areavailable. A large selection of gym shoes, good selection of casual shoes, but a limited selection of dress shoes. Located northwest of downtown, pretty easy to find.”
10AM - 7PM
604 NW 13th Ave, Portland“They carry a lot of good brands. I mostly shop here with my roommate since it's men's clothing but I occasionally buy stuff for myself because I like how well made things are.”
10AM - 6PM
415 SW 13th Ave, Portland“I bought a custom suit elsewhere for my wedding and just kept having alteration issues that made me decide to get a backup suit just in case. I came to Bonobos and Devon helped me find a couple options that fit great. The "backup suit" from Bonobos quickly took first place from the custom suit. After easy alterations, it fits great and looks amazing. On top of that, a dry cleaner ruined my shirt the weekend before my wedding and Devon helped me get a replacement rush shipped. Five star service and great quality!”
“One of the best curated stores for Men’s Apparel. Massive selection of Private Label & others Rick Owen, Pleasures, LANG, etc. Great guys behind the counter, great music & vibe. Spent a solid 3 hours in here. 1111 ✌?”
