i knew when i walked in only to be glared at by the white girl with dreads that i would have a great time. i just needed to buy a vape pod which the other gal that was actually helping me was about to take my money for, when dreads pointed out that my ID is punched even though it still scans like it just had when she had pointed that out. i have gone to this location as well as the other Mellow Moods with my punched ID and because it still scans they have always taken it. I haven’t had any prior experiences with her until today so i do not understand why she was so hostile and rude. Either i walked in and looked at her wrong or i told her to get the dreads idk what i did to be denied service

Friendly staff with a variety of pieces to help mellow your mood. Parking isn’t too hard to find around there either. Small selection of salt nic and e liquid too if you run dry.

Yo these folks that work here are straight super troopers. All the wild crazy stuff they have to deal with on a daily basis, I’m happy I don’t get pepper sprayed when I walk through the door, let alone be met with a smile and staff that knows their stuff! Respect yall more than the cops all day everyday you do a better service to our community :)

Super nice staff as always. I don't visit this one often as it is farther away. But if you're closer, and in need of some smoking/vaping accessories. I would definitely recommend mellow mood. Certain juices are pretty mild, others pretty flavorful. I added photos of one I would recommend. And one I wouldn't. The watermelon ice is mild, but kind of just tastes like watermelon rind with ice. The Hawaiian pog is super flavorful, sweet, but not too overwhelming. The smok acro is a good option for a vape. As they can be cheaper. There are lots of different selections of pods. And you can use the same pods for different versions. Like pods will fit the smok 2 and 3. But they have a great selection to pick from!

They have a pretty decent selection but think they know what they’re doing… I keep getting faulty elf bars from here. Other vape shops are fine but from here I’ve purchased 4 faulty elf bars. Leaf Life Smoke Shop is better.

this place will sell you broken vapes and refuse refunds. bought a vape and noticed immediately that there was juice leaking in the clear part of the vape, when I asked the employee said that’s totally normal. the vape is already burning by the next day so when I went back they said they have a “like 5 minutes” return policy ?

The staff are very friendly. Prices on glassware and grinders are significantly higher than what you would pay for a comparable product elsewhere.

Wow!!! As soon as I stepped in it smelled so good I got lost for minute and I knew what I was shopping for which was King Palms which they had which is a little pricey then the other place I patron, however this place impressed me. First off not so much the beautiful smell upon entry, but the great customer service upon entry. This isn't your typical smoke shop, this is welcome to Portland smoke shop. They didn't have the vape I usually buy, however they had everything else a smoker is looking for as far as atsitics. Great selection of everything else and the prices are fair for its location. Will definitely be my place to pick up King Palms for now, but my eye is on some other items in the store. Go check it out to see what I saw.
