I have had a great experience at Studio45! They are very friendly and helpful for first-timers. Clean, organized, communicative staff, and friendly customers!

I’ve taken multiple instructors and every one is great! Great music, enthusiasm, encouragement and I love that they use our names during class .

So happy to have this studio on the east side! Welcoming instructors, nice members, great music (!!) and a hard work out. It’s been challenging to find a spot that checks all those boxes in PDX and I’m excited to have finally found it.I’ve been trying out different instructors at Studio 45 throughout my first month and they all teach a great class. It’s nice to feel like I can get the most out of my membership without having to choose specific days/times for specific instructors. It’s also easy to book classes on MindBody and manage your calendar from the app. Overall, 10/10 experience in month one. I’m sticking around and plan to convert a few friends to join as well!

I am thrilled to find Studio 45! As an avid fan of Lagree fitness, Studio 45 was the breath of fresh air my workout regimen needed. Each class is 45 minutes of full body resistance training. I leave feeling stronger and better prepared for my other athletic endeavors. As an avid hiker/backpacker, rock climber, and yogi, Lagree training truly is a perfect compliment. Every instructor brings something different to their class and I’ve yet to leave feeling unsatisfied with a workout! 5 stars all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This studio is great, it’s nice light and airy and I love most of the instructors. I feel like I’m challenged but not to the point where the moves are impossible and you just give up which happens in some other studios I’ve been to. Everyone is encouraging and positive.

The work out is challenging, like really hard. It moves quickly between moves, which is nice in that your brain doesn’t get to talk you out of it, but sometimes tough to get set up properly. Also it kinda sucks that I don’t get to know the other people doing the class. People sort of run in and out and it doesn’t seem like there’s much of a community. It’s definitely a hard work out and nice to not have to do any thinking.

This space's conversion into Studio 45 was a bit loss. The instructors do their best but there is an atmosphere of unhappiness that permeates. Prices way up, classes less accessible, more emphasis put on image and "brand" than on fitness. Compared to this place's previous incarnation (which for its faults--especially an owner/instructor who only had two modes, ludicrous screaming and condescending "encouragement"--was a great place to exercise), Studio 45 is a poor comparison. Some of the instructors stayed on and they are great and they are the only reason I come back sometimes, because those instructors (who are not all of the instructors to be sure--there are also certainly duds!) give it their best and make it as fun as can be had here. It may look like a shiny, sleek, efficient multi-city gym that wants to compete with the other fad fitness factories with their "signature" mono-colored atmosphere, or gimmicky candle lighting, or athleisure lifestyle exercise for the post-capitalist, America-in-decline yuppie, but really it's a just a drag with a slapdash veneer still not yet dried.

This place is just awesome. I have been coming for a few months and all the instructors are great. You feel wholesome when you leave and a bit shaky. Great workout! Huge shoutout to Amanda, Kim, Jackie and Melissa!

This place is under new ownership and is not at all like Megaburn so any reviews about Megaburn does not reflect what this place currently is. The workout is so mellow and the prices are way more expensive. I used to love the intensity of doing a pilates class but sadly this is not it. I will give it another chance, but very much disappointed in the changes.

The only fitness studio workout I have been able to stay consistent with. It’s truly addictive. All of the instructors are extremely dedicated, inviting and skilled at what they do. I love recommending this studio knowing anyone and everyone can walk in and feel supported in a great workout. I’ve been going for about a year and honestly it never gets easier - but I always know I’ll have a great time and leave feeling accomplished. Choosing a favorite class/instructor would be like choosing a favorite child - but I love the challenge of Saturday morning MegaStrength with Makana! Cannot give enough praise to this place - come join the fun!
