Can barely ever get a hold of anyone hear. Have called dozens of times with no response to my voicemails for weeeeeks, sometimes never. Had gone there several times during business hours and they been closed (open sign was even blinking on). Finally got an appointment. They said they'd email me my paperwork the very same day, didn't get it till 4 days later. Even when I was very upfront that I needed it right away. I've had communication issues every single year I've renewed here. Will not he back next year. I urge all medical patients to find somewhere a little more professional.

I honestly can't begin to say how helpful and caring they were. I started off the search and most places either left certain steps out requiring myself to do more research on my own, or were incredibly short and rude. Dana was the most helpful and caring when compared to the other choices out there. She was quick to respond with a call before I could even leave a voicemail and even helped me throughout her own break. Not only that, but she also advocated for continuing to use other resources available to me like therapy to get the absolute most help for myself. If there was any further stars to give they'd definitely have it.

Dana is the owner and as many of you have figured out a psychopath also as the one comment said that she made a racial slur at a Asian patient I do believe you she left me a message one time saying that a black girl made her mad at Fred Meyers and she's no longer going to shop where black people are she's only going to shop for white people shop she's crazy I was a patient and also a former friend and roommate of Dana's

I got to say this is my third year with Dr. Knox.. My whole experience has been absolutely positive from the day I started three years ago the staff make’s everything so simple for me to process my card if I have any questions they definitely got my back I will truly recommend this place….

Third year in a row of extremely difficult processes for getting my medical card... I loved this office and the Dr for so long up until the craziness started three years ago; but this year I am about over it all. The constant non communication, the impossibility of getting a hold of anyone at the office in person/virtually/or by phone is truly horrendous. My appointment for last night at 6:05 was confirmed weeks ago and earlier this week as a secondary confirmation (through their virtual system by email) and I did not receive the virtual visit call whatsoever and tried to call afterwards with no one to answer the phone. I got to miss my daughters dance recital last night for the importance of this appointment only for it to be completely looked over. Went up today in person to try and solidify and took time out of my work day to do so in which they were closed at 4:00 when I arrived on site (times posted open until 6:00). There is no structure here anymore, constant unwavering neglect for the patients and complete disdain for communication. I work with the olcc and have mentioned this and still get treated this way. I don’t blame the ones looking for lawyers. The treatment and communication needs to change immediately. PLEASE CONTACT ME. I’d like to resolve this and move forward. You have my information as I’ve left 4 voicemails throughout trying to get a hold of you all. Once again PLEASE CONTACT ME.Edit to response: all of the response from you is completely false as it is with most of these other reviews. I showed up in person today at 4:00 and you were not there. I also have a saved phone call log as all cell phones do and I received ZERO calls. I also can prove I called you and left you multiple voicemails, multiple times throughout this week (6 times in total so you saying you didn’t receive one is ludicrous); INCLUDING right after my appointment time and earlier day of. All of these similar reviews and my experiences all 3 years in a row now proves it’s own point. Instead of lying on the internet trying to save face; why not take care of your customers and do due diligence on your end? The doctor is fantastic, your employee is so nice. Dana YOU are the only problem here. I have no problem posting pictures to the review columns if necessary. Do the right thing here and make it right. You have my number (and yours is saved in my phone as MEDICAL CARD to which not once popped up on my caller ID) and should call me before a real complaint is put in with the olcc and state boards. Thank you.

As a client, the doctor is always professional and prompt. Dana is typically unprofessional and overly emotional. As an employee, the Dr is always considerate and professional. Dana is even more unprofessional and blurrs lines. It is my preceding opinion that she needs to take a mental health break in order to resume operating. That was an extremely uncomfortable work place. Every horror story she has about workers..... we have our own horror stories. Who can work in that environment? Not I, not my coworker at that time. We left same time on the same day after attempting to get a hold of Dana multiple times.
