I have received different services ( purchase and repair) from Medallion Jewelers and very happy with them. This is to the point that I just give Alex a call, make an appointment and stop by when I need him. He is honest, respectful to all customers and mindful. He explains everything and patiently answers all questions. It is not just business, he is a caring human being which matters the most. I always refer my friends and family to him if they look for jewelry. I wish him the best. ?

After looking many places, I found a stunning engagement ring here. The owner Alex knows his craft, has excellent taste, and his jewelry is gorgeous. Very good customer service, I'm really glad we found him! I will most definitely be returning for any future needs, hands down!

I got my necklace fixed here recently and I would highly recommend them! They were honest and quick to fix the problem. They also had stunning jewelry for purchase, so if you're looking for an engagement or wedding ring, They had the most unique and beautiful around in my opinion!

Went in to get a band made for my engagement ring that was my Fiance’s great grandmas wedding ring (made in the 1800’s). We left with a band we got from him that he fitted to the ring and he also repaired this old ring and made it new. We also left with a wedding band for my fiance. His prices are amazing, he does great work and he’s trustworthy. I generally only leave a review when I’m not satisfied with a business. But not this time, we are totally happy and so glad we found medallion jewelers.This is the only place we’ll go for jewelry going forward.

This place closes at 3:00pm but I called him to pick up a ring after he texted me it's ready to pick up , they were fixing for my wedding. The store owner that was working he told us to come pick it up past the closing time. The owner was just amazing person to work with!!

I was told by multiple jewelers in Portland that a sentimental ring that broke in two was beyond repair. Medallion was the only jeweler to agree to try a fix, and it turned out even better than I had hoped, and came in at the low end of their estimate. Great quality work, completed in a reasonable timeframe by friendly people.
