It’s one of those places you hope to never have to use, but if you do, they’re incredible. Joy was my estimator and she was so communicative and was able to get my car back way ahead of schedule. Great customer service and made even the insurance process so smooth. Can’t recommend them enough!

Nathan was great to work with. He was clear and communicative about the work being done and how long it would take. He sent me updates throughout the entire process and was always a phone call away when I had questions. The repair looks phenomenal and the attention to detail is impressive.
Thanks for taking such good care of my Subaru ya'll. It's so nice to have her back in one piece.

Tim, the GM and his team are fantastic! We were traveling through town and had a theft break-in incident. Adam, a technician working there, stopped what he was doing and handle our emergency. Within 2 hours our windows were replaced and the work was done fabulously! The office staff was pleasant and kind to my children and small dog. In a terrible situation, they made it enjoyable! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

My car endured significantly less damage than one usually does when they've encountered a deer, but Classic took care of me like I was any other customer. I chose them because out of all my in-network options, they had the highest rating, and now I know why. Thankfully insurance didn't give us any hard times, so it really was a seamless process. I went in to drop the car off and Michelle ran through a quick inspection with me and let me know the process. (Michelle was lovely! I liked working with her through the whole process. She was very personable and helpful.) Once I signed my papers it was in their hands. They told me that text updates are sent on Tuesdays and Thursdays and that's exactly what they did. I was never out of the loop. I feel like I'm really talking them up, but they deserve it - more companies need to be transparent and easy to work with like this. When I went to pick it up I was nervous because I've never had body work done before, but they did just an amazing job. It really looks better than it did before the accident. AND they detailed it, in AND out! Now that's one less thing I have to do. :) Thank you!

We have been going to Classic Collision for a few years now for body shop needs. Their customer service has improved, and their attention to detail is phenomenal. We hit a deer a few years back and took it to a different shop, and right away Classic Collision noticed how bad of a job they did.
We recently had a hit and run that left extensive damage on our vehicle, and Classic Collision did their job and provided with excellence.
We definitely recommend this body shop, our insurance process ran smoothly.

Great people always doing top shelf work and and getting my vehicle back to me quickly. Always recommend Classic Collision. They make sure you have transportation, they keep you informed and have great communication with what is all going on, start to finish. I am a return customer and will continue to be. I backed into a car and was really worried about the process. Classic Collision was so informative and streamlined and I am highly impressed with the results. I am so glad Geico uses this place because everything was perfect. I really like Nathan (he seems like a manager) because he had great energy and I knew my car was in good hands. Highly recommend this place

Sadly, I've been here more times than I care to admit, but they always gotten my vehicle fixed up and back on the road with quality. The automated text updates are also great, so you don't have to call into the shop for updates.

Horrible job paint job is really bad it doesn’t match the other color of the car they told me got a new bumper but they just fixed the previous and charged me extra.. not happy at all

I’m not happy with their service I took my car to fix front bumper they stole my original headlights and put like $70 worth of lights they took some of the lights from inside the car my original lights worth around $900-950, and they told me it’ll take them a week to fix the car but they gave me my car back after a month. I’m really upset it’s not fair I worked really hard to earn money and people likes this take advantage of innocent people I don’t recommend this shop to anybody people please be careful they are thieves. I went to them and told them to give me my lights back they said it was broken I told them to show it to me they have no proof of it I went for a bumper issue but a lot of my stuff are missing.
