Gave them a week to do a 3 day job, still didn't get it done on time. Now I'm being cold-called (text) by bmi for another $5K repair they suggest that they can do. No thanks.

They preform the diagnostic on my car on Wednesday told me to bring my car on Friday to preform the repairs and it’s going to cost me 500 dollars later on this day someone called me and the price went up to 1550 part cost 110 dollars I asked them for 50 dollars off and they said okay on Monday called them at 3 pm and asked if the car will be done by 4 they didn’t even started working on it but before they told me it’s going to take 8 hours called me back on Tuesday at 10:48 and told me the car is done when I ask them why they charging me for 8 hours of work they told me that if took them 2 hours to do diagnostic again and I would guess the actual work only took 3 hours but they charge me for 8 hours at 170 dollars per hour

Someone on Facebook who owns MB Metris recommended MBI Motors. So I booked to bring my Metris at very first Service A which is oil change, oil filter change and tire pressure etc. It's 1 year check after buying Metris. I was told my van is still very new and they saw nothing me to worry about. Only concern I had was I sent message on their web page to make an appo. They never called me or contacted me, so I had to call. If no response, why thier web page offers the option to contact them via email?

I absolutely loved MBI! Why have I used Mercedes dealer since buying my car??? Not only are they ridiculously expensive, but you can't get a service agent to call you back! Enter...MBI Motors - - WOW! Fixed a problem that we had been dealing with for a year. Mercedes quoted 3,000 and then said the part was discontinued....never gave us any other path for repairing the car. When we took it to MBI, it turned out that it wasn't exactly what Mercedes thought it was....MBI changed the 5th fuel injector, changed the spark plugs, fixed some leaky timing dealies (yes, I know exactly what I'm talking about!)...and fixed a rear view mirror that had been dangling, as well as a blocked windshield fluid hose.. Our car is running SO unbelievable well...and our bill was less thank 2k. We are very happy campers. Special shoutout to B. Green! Kept in communication beautifully! UPDATE.!! 1⭐️ to 5⭐️They had a break in and things in my car were stolen.. some employee tried telling me nothing they can do about it lol no but anyways KEVIN CAME THROUGH THANKFULLY, he said they would pay for what was stolen since it was in there care at time .Other then that great experience 4th time using mbi motors kevin is good guy he'll take care of youServices: Steering & suspension repair

The tidiness of the place, for a car shop, is impressive. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Very open to questions and freely shares advice. Advice favors the customer, focusing on essentials and suitable alternatives that help keep expenses down. I consider it a blessing to have found this place.

Google asked if I use this business, no but I tried to. Where to start? There's hardly any parking in a high theft area of town(didn't use to be but is now).And apparently they do not work on all Mercedes. They pick and choose, they also treat you like you know nothing. They take any self-diagnosing or expertise you have and completely throw it out the window like it's in one ear and out the other all in the scheme of charging more for a diagnostic. Thank God I inquired first...STAY AWAY

on the upside, the have a very clean and orderly, high tech shop. on the downside, it was a complete rip off from my position. i brought in my 1993 190e2.3 that ran so poorly it barely made it across town from the shop on holgate with a german name, with "why does my car not want to start, and wont keep running when if it does happen to start, if it runs at all it, it pityfull, and is likely to stall out anywhere and not restart""well diagnos it"a week late they called and said please come get it, $335 bill for diagonis.they said "needs new fuel tank and at least one fuel pump, and also needs more diagnosis, and also you really have this towed home"after changing both fuel pumps and the fuel tank, all very expensive, turns out that wasnt even the problem. their mis-diagnosis cost me over a grand (plus the $335).really clean and orderly shop however.grade FService: Auto engine diagnostic

During a long road trip, one of my brake lights stopped working. Since I thought it was due to a bad circuit rather than a bad bulb, I went looking for a shop to help me out. I called MBI Motors and although they couldn't do any larger work for me during my stop in Portland since they were booked two weeks out, they did invite me to drop in so they could look at the brake light and hopefully fix it quickly. Quick it was! They had it fixed 2 minutes after I had walked into the shop. It was just a bad bulb after all, and I appreciate they didn't make me feel stupid for not figuring it out myself. I wouldn't have blinked if they had charged me $5 for the bulb and $10 for labor, but instead they just did it absolutely free. They seem like absolutely stellar folks! As a side note, I was impressed by how absolutely pristine their shop floor was; it was like something out of a stock photo. I think that speaks to a impressive commitment to quality.

Had an appointment this week to have a "B service' done on my 2020 C43 AMG. The guys at MBI were friendly, upfront about pricing, and had the job done super fast. They also did the work for less than half what the dealership quoted me. I plan on bringing my cars to MBI for service/repair from here on out.Service: Auto maintenance

I had thought about bringing my first Benz to MBI a year ago and decided to go somewhere ‘cheaper’ thinking I could beat the system by paying less to get quality work at a shop that doesn’t specialize in Mercedes. I will never make that mistake again now that I’ve experienced MBI.I recently bought a 2006 c230 Sport for a questionably good deal. In short I knew she’d need some love. I brought her into MBI two days before her scheduled appointment for an inspection and to address the whine under the hood. They took her in, provided me with a priority list of repairs, changed the alternator, tensioner and belt and replaced the coolant reservoir.Why I will 100% choose MBI moving forward: The check engine light came on an hour after I picked her up. Not their fault, a completely unrelated issue. I called Kevin and he told me to bring it back as soon as I could. They took it in, diagnosed the issue and installed a sensor in just under two hours. Because I had just driven my car off their property after paying for the alternator repair, Kevin charged me only for the price of the sensor and waived the labor. This is customer service, folks. This is how you create clientele.Their work is solid, their customer service is on point, their integrity is inspiring. I’ll be back in two weeks. Thanks guys!Services: Electrical
