Called to order a mattress for my dad as I live out of town. Teresa was amazingly helpful and patient, getting me exactly what I needed. Delivery was the next day and went flawless-all without me having to go into the store. Would purchase here again any time. Reliable, excellent customer service.

Overall I've had really great experiences at this location. Many knowledgeable salespeople and an owner who cares about making sure you're 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience.
Most recently I needed to get copies of my receipts for an out of state warranty claim on my box spring, and Brendan was super helpful and went above and beyond. He went through my previous documents with me to make sure it had everything I needed, talked me through what to expect from the warranty process, and sent everything over right away. Really great customer service. I only wish that Mattress World had locations in Southern California, where I've relocated.

I have chemical sensitivities and back issues that cause me to have very specific requirements when it comes to purchasing a mattress. Brenden was really helpful in helping me find something that checked off all the boxes on my list while also staying within my price range. He also made the entire process easy-going and relatively quick, which was a huge bonus (because I had my crazy 8 year old triplets with me in the store). I definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for high-quality mattresses at a great price!

My mom, me and a friend came into the mattress world on 119th and Glisan st. looking for a bed. Travis was the employee working that day. He was awesome from the very start, answered all of our questions for us, and the one's he wasn't sure of he made sure to find the answer for us. He had excellent customer service skills, was very polite, and handled his job like a professional. Great job Travis, if we know of anyone else that wants to buy a bed in the future we will be sure to send them your way.
