My husband and I came in half an hour before closing, self conscious that we were going to make the employees stay late, but they were very polite and helpful and not rushed. They source most (maybe all) of their products in the pnw and after laying on a bunch of mattresses, I can't imagine buying one on line. Very helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant and we ended up ordering our mattress from them within that half an hour. Hey will pick up and recycle your old mattress too! Would definitely recommend and we'll be back when we need to buy more!

There's really no reason to buy a mattress anywhere else. This place is great. The staff are all super helpful without being the least bit pushy. The selection is fantastic at a range of price points. They deliver and haul your old mattress away at a very reasonable price. We've been buying our mattresses here for years and will continue to do so.

Great experience. My questions were answered and then I was blissfully left alone to lay on mattresses until I made up my mind. It takes me a while to decide on things and I felt no pressure to hurry up or to make small talk and fill someone's time. Would be back but hopefully I won't need a mattress again for many a year!

I was surprised at the quality of Mattress Lot. It is a large, peaceful store with high quality selection. The employee was very helpful, but gave me space to test the mattresses on my own. He didn't try to up-sell, but just answered all my questions and gave a few alternative ideas. Once I purchased the mattress (in a box), he loaded it up for me. The Stumptown Mattress I bought has been amazing so far and I'm so glad I had the opportunity to try it out before purchasing!

After going to multiple mattress stores, we knew Mattress Lot was the place to buy. The relaxing atmosphere, locally-made mattresses, and child-friendly environment all made it a cut above the rest. Alicia was wonderful: friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with our many questions. We are very happy with our Hemingway Madrid and I am finally waking up in the morning without aches and pains.
