I LOVE my new Beautyrest Pressure Smart Mattress!! Due to my budget, I was going to have to settle for a lower end mattress (which I was not at all excited about) but Anthony worked within my budget and gave me an incredible deal so I could afford something with better support. Thanks to him I am sleeping on the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned and already experiencing some pain relief. Thank you, Anthony!! I highly recommend Mattress Firm.

The sales people were friendly, knowledgeable and low key. They gave helpful information and advice about the type of mattresses that were available. When we returned a few days later, the sales person credited the sale to the original sales person who helped us. Nice to have staff who have each other’s back!

Anthony was great! Very knowledgeable, engaging, and helpful. Never felt pressured into buying anything and he let us check the mattresses without any hovering or feeling like he had to sell something to us. Was a really great experience. Something I was dreading and was pleasantly surprised.

I came into the Tigard showroom in search of a new mattress for my upcoming move and new house. TJ was helping another customer and said he’d be with me shortly. I was approached by Aaron who helped me select the mattress I had been looking for. After an issue with technology, a quick fix by IT, I was on my way. Great transaction and assistance by all.

I came into the showroom in Tigard and was greeted by TJ who was assisting another customer and he said he would be right with me. Enter Aaron...he assisted me with my search in finding an extra firm mattress. I had other choices in town, shopping here was a fantastic experience. After an issue with our transaction the IT person on the phone with Aaron was able to resolve and complete our transaction. Mattress Firm has a customer for life and your two employees were exemplary.

Great experience with Aaron, we entered not knowing quite what we needed. But he met us promptly at the door, listened to what our issues were and get us set up with a great mattress that fit our needs. Low pressure and quick to answer any questions. He also handled all the paperwork and financing which took only minutes.

I came in and jamie (i think it was jamie, definitely started with a j) was super helpful in helping me find the mattress i wanted. on top of the already $100 off for a 4th of july he gave me another $50 off and was just overall a very helpful salesman. make great recommendations within my price range and did it in a speedy manner so i was out in 15 minutes with a mattress in the back of my car
