Anders at the Cascade Station store was super helpful - I was interested in trying Turo mattress but found they are only sold online so he asked some questions about what I was looking for and what my price point was. He got me a great deal on a Sealy that will go perfectly with the adjustable base I already have. He wasn’t pushy at all, very easy going, even though I walked in less than an hour before closing. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. He made the decision easy - no hassle. I’ll have a new mattress tomorrow, thanks to his wonderful customer service! Thank you!

Well I went to this store because I was more looking for the warehouse off airport way and apparently heard it was on 112th, from the store employee, where during the ordering day on phone either I heard wrong or was told wrong of it being 122nd, not pinning blame to either of us we were going over much of the order and repeating once to confirm order, which was a good positive time by phone. So now this was Monday and boy so many people out that day I just was tired, went home. Navigator on Wednesday when I went next took me so close said you reached your destination, Ima okay where? lol many buildings higher address road stopped so I just drove around them and bam! High up see their sign yeah, took five mins to get some attention then after giving paper the guy was like twelve mins to go on computer to locate my mattress and bring it out. Haven’t opened it as company coming from back East has not come yet, but let’s just say I have had a wonderful experience from start to finish from Mattress firm this is my second time buying from them first in store, picking up second over phone and go pick up at warehouse. Very knowledgeable friendly, honoring other store price.

Tim was a great representative of Mattress Firm. He helped me navigate the on-line offers and was even able to get me more of a discount. Payment was quick and easy. And Tim was able to get our Nectar Mattress delivered the next afternoon for free!
